One day later, the Denver Broncos wonder what bus hit them? Or in other words, it appeared that Tim Tebow's prayers were unanswered when he was up against a football God named Tom Brady.

It sickens me how much Tim Tebow is getting credit for Denver's success. Heaven forbid that it's not Head Coach John Fox coaching up the defense along with actually having a very strong Offensive Line. Both the defense and the strong OL were good against weaker teams. However, when Offensive Line got out-worked like they did against the Detroit Lions defense or when the Defense gets outworked by the New England Patriots, Tim Tebow gets exposed.

All of the criticisms about his arm, mechanics, and his inability to play in a pro-style of offense (i.e. sit in the pocket, read defenses, and throw ASAP!) came to life in yesterday's game. When Tom Brady began to pick apart the Broncos defense, it was Tebow's turn to carry the team. And how could he not? Who has the New England Defense stopped this year? Statistically, one of the worst defenses in the league for yards given up.

Aside from the 1st quarter, after which the Patriots adjusted their scheme, Tebow was exposed. It's no longer the NCAA where your stacked Florida team overwhelms a lower-level SEC team. It's fun embarrassing teams on the downslide, with injuries, or overrated AFC West opponents, but it's another going up against a team led by a Hall of Fame coach and arguably one of the best Quarterbacks of all time.

That's not to say that Tebow can't improve. It's his 2nd NFL season and he's only just beginning to be an NFL starter. But to give him ALL of the credit for the Denver Broncos success was just ridiculous. Last time I checked, he wasn't out there playing defense to keep the leads as tight as they were when Tebow would make those 4th quarter comebacks. The Broncos Defense and the Offensive Line are unsung heroes, as is John Fox for his terrific coaching this year.

I wish Tebow the best, but an instant NFL great, he is NOT.
