FYI - If you haven't read Mr. Tito's Wrestlemania 30 Predictions column yet, CLICK HERE. I smell a "rat" for the Wrestlemania main event... Check out that column to find out what I'm sensing...

Wrestlemania 30 is upon us, folks... It's been a long road traveled since SummerSlam 2013 for Randy Orton, Triple H, and especially Daniel Bryan. As you'll recall, SummerSlam 2013's main event was actually Daniel Bryan defeating John Cena 100% clean to win the WWE Title. To end the event, however, Randy Orton opted to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Problem for Bryan, aside from just wrestling a hard fought match against Cena, was that Triple H was the special guest referee for that Cena match and attacked Bryan before the match. Randy Orton was able to easily obtain the WWE Title.

Since then, Randy Orton has dominated the WWE Title scene. He would feud with Bryan over the next few Pay Per Views and once he was done with Bryan, Orton would move on to a painful Survivor Series 2013 feud with Big Show but went on to unify the WWE Title and World Heavyweight Title at TLC 2013 against John Cena. Orton would retain the WWE World Heavyweight Title at Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber. WWE had plans to have a one on one match with Batista at Wrestlemania 30... But the "YES!" movement was too strong. Fans immediately rejected Batista upon his debut and force feeding as an immediate contender and continued to reject Orton. Fans weren't taking "no" for an answer ever since SummerSlam 2013 when WWE Management disagreed with fans on Bryan.

Now, we have some serious "sense of urgency" feelings regarding the Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan, particularly since the winner of the match gets to join the Batista vs. Orton match for the WWE World Heavyweight Title. And in my opinion, Bryan vs. Triple H has serious potential for becoming a "Match of the Year" candidate, if not winning the award. If Triple H sells for Daniel Bryan as he did on the last edition of RAW as well as running scared (how a heel should act), we're in for a classic match-up. Triple H still has the talent to pull off an incredible match, as seen by Wrestlemania 27 and Wrestlemania 28 against a banged up Undertaker. I remember when I was mocked for placing Triple H in my FINAL COUNTDOWN column for being a top WWE worker. HHH can go... The issue with the Game is that he can be a dick in the ring to his opponent. Sadly, he has taught Randy Orton how to be that way and Orton's career has been limited.

BUT to quote the band Buffalo Springfield... "There's something happening here... What it is ain't exactly clear." SOMETHING is going to happen in that Batista vs. Randy Orton match. Remember - WWE fully planned to have Batista winning the WWE Title at Wrestlemania 30. In fact, the WWE may have guaranteed it in Batista's new contract. WWE is smitten with Batista's upcoming Marvel Comics movie Guardians of the Galaxy set to be released August 1st, 2014. With many Marvel Comics movies bringing in major bank lately, the WWE thought it would be smart business to bring Batista back and push him to the moon. That movie hasn't debuted yet and could still be a major hit... I still believe that Vince/Triple H might still pull the trigger on a Batista win at Wrestlemania 30. Might not have a choice... If Batista has that in his contract, we'll just have to deal with the result...

Obviously, the best Wrestlemania 30 moment is for Daniel Bryan to become WWE Champion. However, people are discounting a 100% clean win over Triple H as being a small accomplishment. I might be agreeing with the McMahons on this... Beating Triple H and THEN winning another match against 2 main event caliber talents is a bit off on the psychology. But the WWE has to keep the hype train up. Having a controversial finish at Wrestlemania that creates tons of heat to keep business going in the Summer months could be a good thing... Something smells for the Main Event and the WWE already has your WWE Network money over the next 6 months to convince you that Batista was the right guy to win at Wrestlemania 30.

Think about that... WWE has your money for 6 months. It's an incredible bet by the WWE that you'll forget Daniel Bryan getting screwed and then at the September/October Pay Per Views, they'll get the fans to sign up for another 6 months when Bryan wins the WWE Title at one of those Pay Per Views.

I am very curious about John Cena's mental state heading into Wrestlemania 30. He remains the #1 star in the company and defeated the Rock at Wrestlemania 29 last year, and yet he's wrestling Bray Wyatt at Wyatt's first Wrestlemania on the undercard. Really? I'm sure that the WWE will make it up to John Cena at a later event, probably finishing SummerSlam 2014 as WWE Champion, but it's quite insulting to Cena to possibly be enhancement talent just 1 year after defeating the Rock.

There I go again with Bray Wyatt... But faithful IWC and trolls, please read into my consistent arguments about TIMING with Wyatt. Stars aren't made overnight, let alone within their first year on the main WWE roster. Go observe the careers of Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Randy Savage, Steve Austin, Triple H, the Rock, Mick Foley, etc. who each took years to develop their craft in the midcard and with other promotions before finally sniffing the main event scene. With Bray Wyatt, he debuts as a main event caliber wrestler and beats Daniel Bryan 100% clean at Royal Rumble 2014 event. He actually hijacked the career of Daniel Bryan for a short while until the WWE fans rejected that and WWE saw the Michigan State basketball fans doing it during a halftime of a game. It's just been push, push, push with Wyatt and the WWE might actually have him beat John Cena at Wrestlemania 30.

If Bray Wyatt wins, he'll be on record within his 1st year on the main WWE roster of beating both the top WWE babyfaces in the span of a few months in Daniel Bryan at Royal Rumble and John Cena at Wrestlemania 30. That's CRAZY. What else does Wyatt have to prove or accomplish after that feat? Not much other than the WWE Title and maybe ending the Undertaker's steak.

My expectations are actually LOW for Brock Lesnar vs. Undertaker. For one, unlike previous years, Brock and Undertaker didn't regularly practice their match beforehand near Undertaker's home as compared to previous Taker opponents. Thus, their chemistry might be off. Secondly, Undertaker took a severe beating in those 2 Triple H matches at Wrestlemania 27 and 28. Brock Lesnar can be pretty dangerous and if something close to a shoot is pushed, I don't think that the Undertaker could hang here in 2014. But many of us have been wrong on the Undertaker before heading into a Wrestlemania. The guy can still go and it's easier for him when he's just here once a year. I hope it's a great match, but I'm sensing that it will be just OK.

Hard to deny that a card consisting of John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt, Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar, Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan, and (Triple H/Daniel Bryan) vs. Batista vs. Randy Orton won't deliver something tomorrow night. But YUCK @ that shitty midcard.

Lazy booking, as Chrissssssss would say, with the Andre the Giant Battle Royal and the 4 Way Tag Title tournament. The "secret sauce" for pro wrestling is to have a strong midcard. Sure, the Main Event scene is the big drawing mechanism for pro wrestling. But fire up that WWE Network and observe history. The strongest promotions such as WWE in the late 1980's, WCW during 1996-1997, and the WWE Attitude Era had a strong midcard that contained great Tag Team divisions and at least 1 midcard title worth fighting for. Better yet, have a women's division that is at least captivating. People hate on Sable, but she was a star with her snobby heel gimmick. If you don't have capable women's wrestlers, figure out a way to make characters interesting or controversial. Don't just wheel out the hot Bella Twins and assume that fans will actually want to watch them wrestle.

POST Wrestlemania 30, the WWE should simply take my NEW Mega Powers with John Cena & Daniel Bryan idea and run with it. Uniting those 2 fanbases to go up against the Authority or NEW Evolution in Triple H/Randy Orton/Batista would draw serious money. Better yet, if you could lure CM Punk back and have CM Punk, John Cena, and Daniel Bryan as babyfaces against Batista/Orton/Triple H, the money would pour in. Then, just turn either John Cena or CM Punk to the darkside... $$$$$$$!

The NEW Mega Powers idea is a perfect one... Just read that column, WWE, and then use your own WWE Network to steal ideas from the best storyline of all time with Hulk Hogan and "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Cena has the younger fans and Bryan has, well, about everyone else and then some. Find a cool nickname for them to market ("TWIN ****ERS!") and the merchandise money will just pour in. I know that the WWE loves to have John Cena as its corporate spokesperson and for the Make-a-Wish stuff, but Bryan's popularity finally gives the opportunity to turn John Cena heel. The test balloon is already there with how snobby Cena acts on E!'s Total Divas.

I'm sure that if Daniel Bryan wins the WWE Title tomorrow at Wrestlemania 30 that the comments section of the LoP results post will blow up with attacks on me. And for what? I repeatedly spoke out on the bullshit that the WWE Creative team put Daniel Bryan through despite being over during 2013 and through SummerSlam 2013. If only the WWE let Bryan be champion and just let Batista/Orton be opponents of Bryan to defend against, the WWE would be in a better place. Instead, they've put everything into Wrestlemania 30 being a raging success to fix previous bad decisions.

But hey, the WWE has your WWE Network money... Nothing guarantees that Bryan walks out as WWE Champion.

As for my Wrestlemania 30 column... I usually split Pay Per View prices into thirds among myself and 2 friends that I usually watch Pay Per Views with. However, one has the WWE Network... So I'll be watching the show at his house and not writing an insta-column as I have in previous years. I'll probably complete my Wrestlemania 30 review by LATE Sunday night or sometime during early Monday morning. So stay tuned...
