We have the opening video to SmackDown!
Todd Grisham says that tonight we will continue on the road to Survivor Series and hypes tonight’s main event of Batista vs. Matt Hardy in a singles match.
The Undertaker’s music plays and he makes his way down to the ring. Taker says it was at Survivor Series when The Undertaker was born and says that year after year many have perished at his feet. He says that many still come for the World Heavyweight Championship. Taker says the World Title is the holy grail for everyone who sets foot in the ring. He says Big Show betrayed the entire Raw team for an opportunity to become World Champion. Taker says he wanted the opportunity to be terminated by The Deadman. Taker then talks about Jericho. Taker says there are many things that warms his heart, fighting with Kane and against Kane. He says Jericho took that opportunity away from him. Taker says at Survivor Series Jericho’s soul is his. Jericho’s music plays and he makes his way down to the ring wearing a suit.
Jericho says that finally after 10 years the WWE Universe has been waiting for Undertaker and Jericho to go face to face. Jericho says that The Best in the world and the phenom are face to face. Jericho says that a Phenom is an abnormal person. Jericho says he is the true phenom of WWE. He says he is exceptionally talented and says he is the best at what he does. He says he is the only one to stand up for what he believes in and the truth is that The Undertaker has been brainwashing the fans and pretends that he is something he is not. Jericho says Taker is not a dead man and is just a man. He says he is like Kane, John Cena and Big Show. Jericho says he is on the roll of his career and he can beat anyone. He says at Survivor Series he will beat The Undertaker and become Six time World Champion. He says he isn’t intimidated by The Undertaker. Jericho says there is nobody he is afraid of anybody including Taker. Jericho says he is the new phenom. Jericho starts punching Undertaker and then gets hit by a big boot and goes outside the ring. Taker’s music plays.
We have a video showing Batista turning heel on Rey Mysterio at Bragging Rights. We then see highlights of Last week on SmackDown!
Dolph Ziggler makes his way down for his upcoming six man tag team match. We see highlights of Dolph Ziggler vs. Morrison from last week.
Out next are his partners accompanied by Natalya, The Hart Dynasty team of David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd.
Out next is their first opponent, The Intercontinental Champion, John Morrison.
Last out is JTG and Shad Gaspard, Cryme Time.
Match 1 - Dolph Ziggler and The Hart Dynasty (David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd) w/Natalya vs. John Morrison and Cryme Time (JTG and Shad Gaspard)
John Morrison and Tyson Kidd start it off in the ring. They get into a grapple straight away but is soon broke up. Kidd gets Morrison in a headlock and soon takes it to the ground with a takeover. Morrison hits a hip toss on Kidd.

We are back and Ziggler has JTG in a headlock. JTG breaks it up and hits some ground moves. JTG hits a Stunner type move. Ziggler gets a near fall after an attack on JTG by Smith. Smith is tagged in. Smith gives JTG a few kicks and an uppercut. He gives him a few punches then him and Kidd perform a double team move. Smith is tagged back in and do another double team move for a near fall. Smith gets JTG in a headlock and gives him a few punches. Smith tags Ziggler and Ziggler gets a near fall on JTG. Ziggler gets a headlock on JTG. JTG reverses a back suplex and gets a tag to Morrison. Ziggler tags Kidd. Morrison gives Kidd a clothesline or two. Morrison hits a running dropkick. Morrison with punches to Smith who is tagged in. Morrison hits the Flying Chuck on Smith. Ziggler tries to attack Morrison but Morrison gets the better. Morrison with a diving cross body over the ropes onto Kidd. Shad is now the legal man and has the advantage on Smith. Shad whips Smith into the corner and hits a Stinger Splash. Smith gets a quick tag and Ziggler hits the Zig Zag for the win.
Winners: Dolph Ziggler and The Hart Dynasty (David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd)

Backstage Josh Matthews is with Mysterio. Mathews asks Mysterio what state of mind he is in after last week with Batista. Mysterio says he feels like family has walked out on him. Matthews says Batista vs. Mysterio will be at Survivor Series. Mysterio says that he knows Batista is watching. Mysterio says Batista threw away their friendship and the spirit of Eddie Guerrero. Mysterio says whatever has gotten into Batista he is going to get it out. Mysterio says he is going to show a side of him that Batista never thought existed.
Beth Phoenix makes her way out to the ring for her upcoming match.
In the ring is Brittany Carter.
Match 2 - Beth Phoenix vs. Brittany Carter
Phoenix picks Brittney up and drives her into the two corners. Then hits Brittney into the lower turnbuckle. She hits two Backbreakers. Beth gets the win with the Glam Slam.
Winner: Beth Phoenix
Our Smack of the night is highlights of Drew McIntyre assaulting Finlay.
Coming out to the ring is Drew McIntyre
His opponent is Jimmy Wang Yang who we haven’t seen in quite a while.
McIntyre sends Wang Yang off the top rope and onto the floor before the match starts.
McIntyre gets a microphone and says that this party cannot even begin to get started until he can get some competition worthy of a future world heavyweight champion.
The Bell rings.
Match 3 - Drew McIntyre vs. Jimmy Wang Yang
Wang Yang gets in a few kicks and punches when the bell rings but McIntyre hits a vicious clothesline and then starts punching him and hits the Double Underhook DDT for the win.
Winner: Drew McIntyre
We see Batista walking backstage. Josh asks him why he attacked Mysterio at Bragging Rights and Matt Hardy last week. Batista says he isn’t here to make friends he is here for the World Championship. He says Matt shouldn’t have got involved. It was his and Mysterio’s business.

Rey Mysterio makes his way down to the ring for his upcoming singles match.
Mike Knox is out next.
Match 4 - Rey Mysterio vs. Mike Knox
Knox hits a few punches on Rey Mysterio and then headbuts him. He throws him into the corner and runs into him but gets boot. Mysterio is thrown into the ropes and reverses and send Knox into the ropes for the 619 but misses. Knox with a body cross to Mysterio. Knox brings Mysterio in the ring and gets a two count. Knox with a few more kicks and then he tries to choke him. Mysterio gets whipped into the corner. Knox flattens him while he is on the ground. Knox gets a near fall. Knox with a few more punches then he gets him in a belly hold. Mysterio gets out and kicks Knox. Knox runs at Mysterio but Mysterio pulls the ropes down and Knox is outside the ring. Mysterio with a baseball slide. Rey runs at Knox but Knox gets a shoulder block and then jumps on Rey and gets a near fall. Knox with an abdominal stretch. Knox gets a two count. Knox with another abdominal stretch. Knox goes for a running powerslam but Mysterio reverses it into DDT. Mysterio with a running kick to Knox and gets a near fall. Mysterio reverses a running powerslam and hits a seated senton on Knox. Knox gets a clothesline on Mysterio. Knox gets a near fall. Knox runs into the turnbuckle. Mysterio kicks him into the ropes and hits the 619 and a body drop off the ropes for a pin.
Winner: Rey Mysterio

Next week’s main event of SmackDown! is Dolph Ziggler vs. John Morrison for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
CM Punk’s music plays and he comes down to the ring.
R-Truth comes out next. Not through the crowd.
Match 5 - CM Punk vs. R-Truth
Punk and Truth go into the corner and Scott Armstrong breaks it up. R-Truth with a headlock. Punk whips R-Truth into the ropes but Truth gets a shoulder block on Punk. Punk with a headlock. Punk with a headlock takeover. R-Truth has Punk’s head caught in his legs. Punk gets driven into the corner by Truth. Punk kicks R-Truth and punches him. Punk with a headbut. R-Truth with an arm-drag. R-Truth does a body drop over the top rope.
Commercial Break
We are back and Punk is in control. R-Truth gets a suplex. Punk hits R-Truth from behind. Punk with some strikes on R-Truth. Punk with a suplex on R-Truth. Punk still in offence putting a submission on R-Truth and some strikes. Punk runs straight into the turn buckle. R-Truth with some punches on Punk. R-Truth with a dropkick. R-Truth with a stinger splash. Punk gets a leg lariat on R-Truth. Punk argues with Scott Armstrong and R-Truth gets a role up and Scott makes a fast count.
Winner: R-Truth
Mickie is backstage and she bumps into Michelle McCool . She tries talking her into leaving SmackDown! but she says she is staying here and at Survivor Series Mickie James’ team will beat Michelle McCool’s.
We have a video looking back at Batista’s attack on Matt Hardy.
We have a Raw Rebound showing highlights of Ozzy and Sharron Osborne running Raw.
Backstage Matt Hardy talks about his upcoming match with Batista. Hardy says he went through a lot of things with Jeff and he didn’t want that to happen with Batista and Rey. He said there was no need for Batista to attack Hardy. Hardy says that he came to fight Batista and fix things.
Matt Hardy comes to the ring first for our main event.

Match 6 - Matt Hardy vs. Batista
Batista runs Hardy into the corner and the ref breaks it up. Hardy and Batista push each other. Matt with some strikes on Batista. Batista gets a big clothesline on Matt Hardy. Batista whips Hardy into the corner. Batista with a shoulder block. Batista gets a near fall. Batista hits Hardy with his knee. Hardy with some strikes. Batista with a huge suplex. Batista keeps the advantage and whips Hardy into the corner. Hardy moves out of the way but Batista kicks Hardy and keeps him on the ground. Batista with some more shoulder’s into the ribs of Hardy. Batista with some more punches. Batista throws Hardy off the top rope.

We are back and Batista has Hardy in a Camel Clutch. Batista with some strikes to Matt Hardy. Batista with a near fall. Hardy with some strikes but Batista trips Hardy and gets him back on the ground. Batista drives Hardy into the turn buckle. Batista with a near fall. Batista puts Hardy in a headlock with his legs around Hardy’s waist. Matt gets out of the hold. Hardy hits an offensive move on Hardy and they are both down. They both get up at 9. Hardy with a kick to Batista’s face. Hardy chops Batista’s left leg. Hardy misses a Moonsault. Hardy hits the Twist of Fate on Batista. Two count when Batista gets his hand on the rope. Batista hits a spinebuster on Matt Hardy. Batista whips Hardy into the barricade and then into the announce table. Batista takes equipment off the Announce Table and then hits a Monitor off Hardy to get Disqualified.
Winner: Matt Hardy by Disqualification.
After the match Batista continues his assault on Matt and drives him into the steel steps. Batista brings Matt back in the ring. (My Stream Died)
