Report sent in by Naomi A.

A pretty much sold out Braehead Arena but with it being such a small venue compared to the American arena's I wasn't surprised. The crowd was pretty much the same as the Newcastle show. Lots of families and kids in Cena shirts, A lot of die-hard fans, like myself, in Punk shirts and the odd person in a DX or Stone Cold shirt.

Justin Roberts started the show off as he usually does. Thanked us all for coming and welcomed us to RAW. Throughout the night he plugged things like the 'Don't Try This' campaign, the t-shirts, signed pictures of Cena, and the Wrestlemania Revenge Tour next year. As a little side note a few fans in the crowd were actually chanting his name a few times which he liked.

Match 1) Santino Marella vs Drew McIntyre.
Santino got a good reaction at first but as soon as Drew came out we were all pro-McIntyre! A huge pop for Drew. He loved being back in Scotland. He shouted to the crowd during his entrance "I'm back motherf*ckers!". A great match to start off. Drew got most of the offence but Santino ended up winning with The Cobra...much to our dissapointment! They shook hands after the match and Drew thanked us all before heading to the back.

Match 2) David Otunga and Michael McGillicutty vs Alex Riley and Primo.
A lot of boo's for Otunga/McGillicutty. A very pro-Alex Riley crowd. Again a good match with both sides getting decent offence. Primo was stuck in the ring for a lot of the match to which A-Ry got us riled up. The tag was eventually made and Alex Riley pinned Otunga for the win.

Match 3) Curt Hawkins vs Mason Ryan.
A complete squash match! Mason Ryan is so much bigger than what you see on TV. A good reaction for him and he loved it. A few guys behind me were chanting "Welsh Batista!" throughout the match. Mason Ryan obviously got the pin. He headed to the back and greeted fans while Hawkins was still strewn out in the ring.

Match 4) Dolph Ziggler vs John Morrison - United States Championship Match
Dolph came out first with the mic and put himself over "...#HEEL". Then out came Morrison to a pop. He then took the mic and proceeded to use his forced Scottish accent to call Ziggler "a dobber". A word we Scot's use a lot to insult someone. You can look it up for the meaning. Anyway, most of the crowd loved this and started chanting it which Dolph, of course, hated. I personally thought it was ridiculous as I'm not a Morrison fan. Anywho! The match started out slow with Ziggler exiting the ring several times to sulk among the fans. He came right up to my corner! I patted him on the shoulder and said "Come on Dolph! Let's go!" to get him going. The match then started up. Very back and forward. A lot of near falls and counters. A very solid match! Myself and a few others were chanting for Dolph throughout the match which he liked. Ziggler eventually got the win after The Superkick.

Justin Roberts announced we were taking a brief intermission.

Back from the break and Justin Roberts introduced us to our next match.

Match 5) Beth Phoenix vs Eve Torres - Divas Championship Match
A fair match. Back and forward action. Not that there was much cheering coming from the crowd but there were a lot more Beth fans than Eve one's. Myself included. Beth got the win after the second attempt at The Glamslam. Beth then put a beatdown on Eve after the match to which Kelly Kelly ran out for the save. Eve and Kelly posed and greeted fans before heading to the back.

Match 6) The Miz, R-Truth and Kevin Nash vs Zack Ryder, Kofi Kingston and John Cena.
Awesome Truth came out first and dissed us. After the insults they went for their catchphrase. However, they couldn't start because of our boo's. For a bit of comedy Miz held the mic to Justin Roberts, the referee, and towards the crowd to which we all cheered. Then whenever he held the mic to himself and Truth we all boo'd. He went back and forward a few times before finally saying how stupid we all were. They did their catchphrase and then introduced their tag partner - KEVIN NASH! A few "Diesel!" and "Kevin Nash!" chants for him.
Zack Ryder was next to come out to a good reaction. A lot of "Woo Woo Woo" chants. Kofi was out next and then Cena. Cena, of course, to the mixed reaction as always.
Again a good match. The win came after the rules went out the window! Ryder hit The Rough Ryder on Nash, Kofi hit Trouble In Paradise on Truth and Cena hit The AA on Miz for the pin. Team Cena posed for the fans.

Then, if I remember right, it was here that Justin Roberts introduced Nikki and Brie Bella. The hosted a dance competition with four contestants. Whoever won got the chance to go backstage and meet a Superstar. The first contestant was a guy who I'd actually spoken to briefly before the show about my WWE Championship. He was dressed as Cena with a kids WWE Title. A lot of boo's for him. Contestant's two and three were two woman with CM punk shirts and the fourth contestant was little boy with a CM Punk shirt. They all danced well but the crowd all popped for the little boy. Result much like the Newcastle show.

MAIN EVENT) Alberto Del Rio vs CM Punk - WWE Championship Match
Justin Roberts introduced Ricardo Rodriguez and out he came to some boo's and a few "Ricardo!" chants. He then introduced the WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio came out to quite a mixed reaction which was surprising. He liked the reaction nonetheless. Smiling and posing which I wasn't expecting.
Then out came CM Punk to a HUGE pop! The only way to describe his entrance was - intense! He was loving the emotion.
Justin Roberts then re-introduced the Punk and Del Rio and the match was underway. Much like the US Title Match and Dolph Ziggler, Del Rio kept exiting the ring to get his head in the game among the fans. The match started off pretty slow like that and with them both locking up a few times. As you'd expect from the main event, once we got into the match, the offence was solid from both Del Rio and Punk. Del Rio then started targeting Punk's arms. Hitting them off the steel steps, using his knees against them, putting Punk in an armlock. The it was constant Del Rio offence from there on out. With the occasional interference from Ricardo Rodriguez which Punk was getting pretty p*ssed with. Constant top rope reversals and near falls. Del Rio through Punk out of the ring and he landed on one of the timekeepers/WWE Security.
Scott Armstrong was temporarily knocked out. Del Rio brought in a chair and attempted to use it on CM Punk, while Ricardo was holding him, but he ducked out of the way and Ricardo got hit.
In the end, Cm Punk won via Diqualification. Del Rio wasn't happy because he thought that he'd won.

Then all the heels like Ziggler, McGillicutty, Miz etc came out and beat down on Punk. All the faces ran out for the save. Cena, Zack Ryder, Kofi, and for some reason Eve Torres. The cleared out everyone except for Ziggler. Dolph tried to escape the ring but was blocked by Cena and Punk. Punk then said to Ziggler that he had to choose who's Signature he'd like to take. Kofi's, Zack's, Cena's, Punk's, or Eve's. Dolph tried to escape again but was blocked by Zack and Eve this time. He the tried to ask Eve for a night out on the town in order to get out of it but was met with a slap to the face. Everyone then hit their respective finishers.

Punk ended the show on his own from there. Posing in the ring, kissing the ring mat in each stand direction before coming out to the floor to greet the fans. I got to tap CM Punk on the shoulder! :)
