The opening video played… Inside the arena, Colin Cassady made his entrance flanked by Enzo Amore. Amore introduced himself and Big Cass as usual and Cassady said that Pepe LePew is about to walk out there, get disfigured, and then get dismissed. He said The Legionnaires are Sawft. The Legionnaires came out. Lefort said that since Amore and Cassady were done putting everyone to sleep, they can witness greatness. He introduced himself and Marcus Louis, and called New Jersey a sea of garbage. The crowd chanted "USA!"

1. Colin Cassady (w/ Enzo Amore) vs. Sylvester Lefort (w/ Marcus Louis). Lefort fired away at Cassady with punches, but Cassady no-sold and hit the swinging side slam. He followed up with the "S-A-W-F-T" elbow which the announcers called the Empire Elbow for the win…

Colin Cassady over Sylvester Lefort in about 0:45.

Backstage, Devin Taylor welcomed NXT Champion Adrian Neville onto the set and asked wh the immediate future held for him. Neville put over his match with RVD before Tyler Breeze walked on set. He said everyone gets it, Neville had a good match with RVD. He said the impressive thing was that he could focus when the Gorgeous One was 20 feet away on commentary. Neville challenged him to cash in his title match tonight, but Breeze said he suffered a career-threatening injury in a hand modeling accident. He held up his hand to show a splint on his finger and he bid Neville farewell… [C]

A Bull Dempsey vignette aired… Charlotte and Sasha Banks made their entrances together. Bayley and Becky Lynch were out next. Apparently the waving tubemen have names now: Lala, Bruno, Ezra, and Cindy. Refs can't have names but tubemen can? A cut-in promo from Bayley had her saying that she had found her own BFF, a Bayley Friend Forever, in Becky Lynch.

2. Charlotte and Sasha Banks vs. Bayley and Becky Lynch. A loud "Sasha's ratchet" chant broke out at the bell before Bayley got the first takedown with an armdrag. Bayley leapfrogged Sasha and hit a Japanese style armdrag before tagging Becky Lynch into the match. Becky hit a diving axe-handle and an armdrag of her own before Sasha tagged out to Charlotte. The babyface duo isolated Charlotte for a while and took out Sasha with a double clothesline when she tried to run in. [C]

Back from break, Charlotte and Sasha double-teamed Bayley at ringside and took control back in the ring. The heels hit tandem soccer kicks on Bayley for a two-count and Charlotte continued to isolate her with the Figure-Four necklock. The heels beat down Bayley until she reversed a double-whip attempt and the heels collided. Lynch got the hot tag and went to work on Sasha. She delivered three legdrops, but Charlotte broke up the count. Bayley ran in, but Charlotte dumped her to ringside. Sasha tagged in Charlotte who hit a dropkick to Lynch's knee and then followed up with Bow Down to the Queen for the win.

Charlotte and Sasha Banks beat Bayley and Becky Lynch in about 8:00.

Post-match, Sasha was trash-talking Lynch until Bayley re-entered the ring and tossed Sasha to ringside… Backstage, Justin Gabriel said that Zayn reminded him of a young Gabriel. Tyson Kidd walked on set and said they were both losers. Kidd said Gabriel should be angry, He said he's in purgatory, He said the phone calls are already slowing down and they're about to stop. He said now is the time to put the boot down on the guys coming up. Gabriel didn't seem interested, but he did say he'll beat Sami Zayn tonight… [C]

Backstage, Sasha was bickering at Charlotte. Charlotte told Sasha that they shouldn’t tag anymore. She said they can be the type of friends who say "hi" in the hall, but that’s it. Sasha didn't like that and asked if it was because of Summer. Charlotte said she just didn't trust anyone. Sasha said she actually got along with Summer before Charlotte came along. Sasha also informed Charlotte that Summer would be facing Bayley to determine the next challenger to Charlotte's title…

Back in the arena, CJ Parker made his entrance. He has new music and he held up a sign that said "Woods" with a big "X" across it. His opponent was already in the ring.

3. CJ Parker vs. Steve Cutler. Parker drove Cutler into the corner with shoulder thrusts and then wore him out with punches. Parker yelled at Cutler for ruining the world and fired away with more punches. He hit a Booker T-like jumping crecent kick for the pinfall.

CJ Parker squashed Steve Cutler in about 1:30.

A replay aired of the finish before Parker cleared Cutler from the ring and took a mic. The crowd chanted "No," but Parker progressed. He said that Xavier Woods was a semester away from his doctorate, but he's done nothing since leaving NXT but be a Funkadactyl. He said that if he had the opportunities that Woods has had, he would've won all the titles and changed the world in the process. He said Woods has what he wants, and he's coming for Woods…

The commentators threw to a sitdown interview that Renee Young conducted with Tyson Kidd. Renee asked why Kidd didn't shake Neville's hand at Takeover. Kidd said that his wife had lost her match earlier in the night and he was just off his game. Renee asked why Kidd blew Nattie off on the Fallout show afterwards. Kidd said he didn't want to go out there, but Nattie told him to go say something. He said he didn't even notice her there when he was walking off stage. Renee asked what went through Kidd's mind when Nattie pointed out that Neville got his foot on the ropes for a nearfall in their match. Kidd said he was glad because it meant he could continue his assault.

He said when he grabbed the chair, all he saw was red, but he's glad that his wife could snap him out of the out-of-body experience he was going through. Renee asked about Nattie setting up the tag match and Kidd subsequently walking out. Kidd said he was out there for his wife, but his head and his heart just weren't in the match. Renee asked Tyson to address the criticisms that he's been acting like a baby. Kidd said he just loves his wife and he's been committed to her.

Renee asked if that meant Kidd was okay with the "Nattie's husband" chants, and Kidd said he likes dropping facts and that is a fact. Renee asked if he feels like he's living in Nattie's shadow, and Kidd said they’re very much equals. Renee asked if Kidd wanted to address the rumors that he and Nattie are having marital problems. Kidd stood up and walked of set, flaring at Renee all the while…

Bayley vs. Summer Rae to determine the No. 1 Contender was hyped for next week… Back in the arena, Sami Zayn made his entrance. Justin Gabriel was out next, accompanied by Tyson Kidd.

4. Sami Zayn vs. Justin Gabriel (w/ Tyson Kidd). The two traded armlocks to open as the crowd chanted "Ole" and "Nattie's husband" directed at Kidd at ringside. Zayn rolled through an armlock into a hammerlock in a tricky bit of chain wrestling and followed up with his kip-up armdrag. Gabriel briefly grounded Zayn, but Zayn came back with a series of armdrags and went right back to the hammerlock. Zayn released the hold and Kidd mouthed to Gabriel in the ring. Seconds later, Zayn jumped for a leapfrog, but Gabriel held up and hammered Zayn with a clothesline to take control. [C]

Back in the ring, both men were trading forearms in the center of the ring until Gabriel dropped Zayn with a jumping spin kick. Gabriel slowed the pace of the match and settled into a headlock as the commentators disputed who worked better at what pace. Zayn fought out with a back suplex, but Gabriel put him right back down with a clothesline for a two-count. Zayn tried to fight back, but Gabriel kicked out the legs and Zayn took a face-first bump for another two-count.

Zayn finally began to fire back with clotheslines and a flapjack dropkick. Zayn planted Gabriel with the Blue Thunder Bomb for a near-fall of his own. Gabriel stunned Zayn with a jawbreaker, but Zayn caught him and threw him into the turnbuckles with an exploder suplex. Zayn rallied the crowd and charged for his finish, but Gabriel dodged it and caught Zayn with a springboard thrust kick for a near-fall. Gabriel hoisted up Zayn like he was going for an Air Raid Crash and then dropped Zayn across his knee (Okada's neckbreaker) for a good near-fall.

A short time later, Gabriel connected with a springboard moonsault for another close near-fall after which he began to show frustration. Gabriel went to the top rope for the 450, but Zayn jumped up and crotched him. The two battled on the top rope for a bit until they both ended up back in the ring. Zayn caught Gabriel with a reverse STO and transitioned into the Koji Clutch for the submission victory.

Sami Zayn defeated Justin Gabriel in about 12:15.

A series of replays showed the high spots and the finish. In the ring, Zayn celebrated as Gabriel and Kidd brooded. The crowd chanted for Sami when Kidd charged across the ring and leveled Zayn. He put the boots to Zayn before holding him in position for Gabriel to join the beatdown. They continued the attack until Adrian Neville hit the ring to make the save. The heels split and backed up the ramp as Neville tended to Zayn. The show closed with Neville helping Zayn back to his feet in the middle of the ring…
