RAW opens up with highlights from last week. In the parking lot, Vince's parking spot is replaced with Steve Austin's. Ross and Lawler are talking about last week's RAW and how the new CEO, Steve Austin is at Titan Towers.

OPENING INTERVIEW
The Corporate Ministry open the show. Vince and Shane announce their Handicap match with Austin at KOTR will be a Dog Pound Match. For tonight, Vince signs Road Dogg/Mr. Ass in a Dog Pound Match. Shane signs X-Pac VS. Wight and The Acolytes VS. Kane. Vince then announces Ken Shamrock in a straight jacket VS. Jeff Jarrett and Test in a blind fold VS. Bossman. The Stooges come out and tell off Vince and Shane. Shane counters by forcing The Stooges to face Viscera and Midian.

STEVE AUSTIN IN VINCE'S OFFICE
Austin cuts a promo in Vince's Titan Towers office. Three of Vince's Interns are awaiting him. He sends them off to pick him up some beers.

ROAD DOGG VS. MR. ASS - DOG POUND MATCH
Mr. Ass comes out with a neck brace on his neck, tries to get out of the match. He attacks Road Dogg. Chyna low blows Dogg with the chain. Mr. Ass hits the Fame-Asser for the win.

THE ROCK INTERVIEW
Rock says Taker has hell to come for interfering in his match last week. Rock challenges Undertaker to a match at KOTR, with the World Title on the line. Taker comes out and accepts the match at KOTR. Vince says the only way Rock can have the KOTR match, is if Rock can beat Taker tonight in a non title match. The Rock agrees. Shane ends it with he will announce a special stipulation, but only 5 minutes before the match starts.

DEBRA VS. IVORY - WOMEN'S TITLE MATCH
This one was over real quick. Bass comes in while the ref is distracted. Bass chokes Debra and drops her. Ivory notices this and gets the 1-2-3. Jarrett looks on at the new WWF Women's Champion, stunned at Debra's loss.

BOSSMAN VS. TEST - BLIND DATE MATCH
Test has to be blindfolded. Bossman gets himself DQ'ed by hitting Test with the nightstick. Stephanie McMahon runs out and cares to the fallen Test. Hmm lucky Test. Stephanie is so hot.

PAUL WIGHT VS. X-PAC
Wight says he wants no part in this. Big Show forfeits the match. X-Pac says he understands why Wight doesn't want to fight, but do it anyway. X-Pac kicks Wight, Big Show responds by throwing X-Pac by his head over the top rope. Kane comes out. X-Pac tries to stop Kane but Kane drops X-Pac with a right. X-Pac and Kane brawl. Big Show goes to get Kane, he's nailed. Wight leaves the arena as X-Pac and Kane look on. No winner was announced.

JEFF JARRETT VS. KEN SHAMROCK - STRAIGHT JACKET MATCH
Ken is trapped in a straight jacket. Ken still gets the upper hand, using his legs for submission holds and drops. Jarrett responds by using all his limbs. Shamrock wraps his legs around Jarrett's neck and squeezes. Jarrett taps out, Shamrock wins. Vince comes in and takes the key that opens the lock on the jacket away from the ref.

PAT PATTERSON AND GERALD BRISCO VS. MIDIAN AND VISCERA
Midian and Viscera stop on the ramp. The Mean Street Posse come in and attack Stooges. Viscera and Midian come down, join in. Viscera splashes Patterson. Ross says "That's the largest man that's ever been on Patterson." Ha. They continue to beat on Patterson and Brisco.

KANE VS. THE ACOLYTES - WWF TAG TITLE MATCH, HANDICAP
Despite the advantage on the Acolytes part, Kane still is able to get the advantage a few times. The Acolytes hit a neckbreaker and are able to pin Kane. X-Pac comes down to Kane's aid.

AUSTIN DUMPS VINCE'S OFFICE
Austin is shown at Titan Towers again. Austin directs a wheelbarrow into the office. The wheelbarrow dumps loads of cow shit in Vince's office. Vince looks on backstage pissed.

VINCE AND SHANE INTERVIEW
Vince is pissed at Austin. He says Austin has disgraced Titan Towers and the WWF. Shane lays down the rule for the Rock/Taker match tonight. Shamrock interrupts and chases the McMahons on their way. He suplexes Shane.

THE ROCK VS. UNDERTAKER AND TRIPLE H
Triple H says the stipulation is him. If the Rock wants the WWF Title shot, he has to go through Triple H too. HHH and Taker gang up on Rocky. They take turns pounding on Rock. Chyna accidentally hits Taker. He grabs her, Triple H and Taker get into it. Rock hits the Rock Bottom on HHH for the win. Undertaker and HHH go at it. The Corporate Ministry try to break it up.
