Ziggler Tops ESPN's WWE Power Rankings, Evan Bourne Returning

- ESPN.com has updated their weekly WWE Power Rankings, with World Heavyweight champion Dolph Ziggler once again claiming the top spot. Here's this week's Top 10:

The ESPN article gave a RAW a good review and said that Extreme Rules is “shaping up to be one of the most anticipated pay-per-views of the year.”
