- Zack Ryder wrapped up this week's episode of his YouTube series and tweeted the following about his show, sounding as thrilled as ever to still be doing it:
"Just finished Episode 81 of Z! TLIS...ugh...I still make these things......"
- After news came out that Ezekiel Jackson wasn't at SummerSlam and won't be on the European tour in November, fans have been asking him about his status with WWE. Zeke noted on Twitter last night that he had not been released by WWE and that he will return to TV "soon."
- We noted before that the dark main event after last night's WWE NXT tapings saw CM Punk and Seth Rollins defeat Antonio Cesaro and Kassius Ohno. William Regal, who works NXT commentary, tweeted the following about the match:
"Very proud to be apart of @WWENXT tonight. I'm hoping the dark match is at least put on YouTube (hint,hint) as it was as important... a match as the first time Marty Jones faced Mark Rocco in the history of evolving out business for those who know. Our not out. Thank you @CMPunk @AntonioCesaro @KassiusOhno and Seth Rollins. Good lads."
