There have been a lot of injuries in developmental recently. - Word is that WWE may end up doing the Intercontinental Cup that was dropped from Main Event last week. There is at least talk of using Main Event to elevate the Intercontinental Title in the way that RAW pushes the WWE Title and SmackDown pushes the World Heavyweight Title.
