Mr. Belding Turns Down WWE Deal?, Backstage News on Tensai's Status, Titus O'Neil

- WWE Superstar Titus O'Neil is participating in a charity celebrity golf tournament in Tampa Bay today.

- Actor Dennis "Mr. Belding" Haskins spoke with ESPN.com about his independent wrestling work and says he turned down a deal from WWE. He said:

"I'm friends with Mike 'The Miz' from WWE and his friend Zack Ryder, who also is in WWE. I was talking with the WWE about a role. But, I didn't really want to be on the road five days a week. I'm an actor first."

- We noted before that Vince McMahon has reportedly soured on the Brodus Clay character and gimmick changes may be coming for the big man. The same thing is being said about Tensai. WWE officials had big hopes for Tensai when he returned to WWE earlier this year but plans for his push have been nixed.
