- TNA lawsuit against WWE was officially dismissed on 1/22. The case was closed "without prejudice," which means that it could be re-opened down the line if needed.
TNA was unable to produce any proof that WWE used any of the confidential information former TNA/WWE employee Brian Wittenstein gave to WWE. Both TNA and WWE paid their own legal costs and TNA is now required to pay the court's costs related to the case.
