Hulk Hogan's ex-wife Linda is facing jail time after being officially charged with DUI stemming from her October 2012 arrest.
Linda was arrested in Malibu, California after cops found her speeding around town with a blood alcohol level of 0.084, over the legal limit. After the arrest, a rep for Linda claimed that she only had "one glass" of champagne (on an empty stomach) but had also been taking antibiotics, which enhanced the effects of the alcohol.
According to TMZ.com, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has charged Linda Bollea with 2 counts of DUI and one count of driving on a suspended license (also a misdemeanor).
She could face up to 18 months in jail, although it's it's unlikely she'll receive that punishment since these are her first DUI charges. The case is scheduled to go before the judge later this month.
