Kane Shoots Down Rumor About Running for Office, Brodus Clay Talks About Doing More Acting

- Brodus Clay was asked if he would be open to doing more acting, during an interview with Dread Central. He said:

"Totally; I'm chomping at the bit for more movie roles as long as it doesn't interfere with my WWE schedule. Guys like (John) Cena and (CM) Punk are workhorses so that's the standard I hold myself to so I want to make sure I can still do the touring schedule and interact with fans if I get a chance at another role in the future. But for sure I'd love to do more acting."

- Kane clarified earlier today that he does not plan on running for political office "at this time."

"(I have) no plans on running for political office at this time," Kane told the Tennessean newspaper.

Kane's name popped up last week when he spoke out against politicians backing proposed Internet Sales Tax legislation. Kane also mentioned that "things get a little carried away on the Internet sometimes" in response to a magazine article that claimed he was considering running for office.
