- Former WWE star Charles "The Godfather" Wright is now on Twitter at @WWEGodfather. He still manages Cheetahs strip club in Las Vegas. Wright noted that he would be open to returning for a match with WWE and that he had fun during his WWE days but is having more fun now.

- As noted before, WWE NXT held their open tryouts last week in Tampa. Diva-Dirt reports that independent women's wrestlers Luscious Latasha, Brittney Savage and Gabby Gilbert were among those in attendance. They add that two other untrained women were at the tryouts - a friend of Gerald Brisco and a fitness model.

- John Cena participated in the 10th annual 2012 IMG Sports Marketing Symposium in New York City on Wednesday, speaking about the importance of social media in WWE. Cena then invited the symposium attendees to a networking reception hosted by WWE. Cena appeared without a sling and just wore a black wrap around his elbow.
