Ex-WWE Writer Talks About Ending The Undertaker's Streak, WWE Salute The Achilles Freedom Team

- During an interview last Friday with the PWTorch Livecast, John Carle, who worked for WWE as a creative writer from 2006 to 2009, revealed how serious the company was in ending The Undertaker's undefeated streak at WrestleMania.

When asked whether there was any consideration for The Undertaker losing at the event, Carle said, "Yeah, we (the creative team) kind of talked about it. It was one of those things that was pitched, but it never really came to fruition."
