Backstage News on Why WWE Had Edwards and Richards Work Tryouts, TNA to Make a Play?

- Regarding Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards and their recent tryout work with WWE at the Performance Center in Orlando, apparently the tryout wasn't leading to a deal at first.

The idea was that they worked the first week in NXT and if officials liked them, they would be brought back to the Performance Center and NXT to work for the first few months of 2014. That would then have led to a deal if everything went accordingly. There is still no word yet on whether or not they are coming back after the first of the year but it is expected.

There is lots of talk going around that TNA is getting ready to or may have already made a play for Edwards and Richards to join them.
