-- As of this weekend, there were plans for Jeff Hardy to win tonight's #1 contenders 3-way match also featuring Rob Van Dam and Mr. Anderson.
-- The main event match between TNA could go either way with the Sting vs. Bobby Roode winner although most expect Roode to retain. If Sting wins the title, it's likely short-term as TNA has plans for James Storm to return and hold the title later this year.
-- As of last word, there were over 5,000 tickets sold for the show. That does not include walk-up sales. The entire floor area and the lower tier are sold out
-- James Storm tweeted today that he has made a decision about whether or not he will return to TNA. Considering the timing of the announcement, there's a good chance we'll see him tonight at Slammiversary.
-- There is a lot of excitement behind the scenes regarding the Austin Aries vs. Samoa Joe match. The match is scheduled to take place early on the show and many are expecting it to be the match of the night.
-- Christian is not the mystery opponent for Crimson. Christian will not be wrestling on the show, but will appear on camera.
