Rumored New Opponent for Eric Young at TNA Slammiversary, Possible Plans for MVP
By Marc Middleton
Jun 13, 2014 - 11:33:17 AM

- There's been talk among the wrestlers within TNA that if MVP was unable to compete at Sunday's Slammiversary pay-per-view then World Heavyweight Champion Eric Young may defend against Bobby Lashley. As confirmed today, MVP will not be able to compete.

It was noted that the next TNA pay-per-view isn't until Bound For Glory in October and MVP could continue his role on TV, if he has to have surgery, doing a heel wheelchair gimmick if needed.
