- Dixie Carter tweeted the following last night after dinner with WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Von Erich:

"Amazing dinner w/@KevinVonErich. What an honor to have him at #Slammiversary. Don't miss history tomorrow."

- Bobby Lashley will earn a spot in the main event of Slammiversary tonight if he can defeat Samoa Joe. Lashley tweeted the following tonight:

"1 more training session before I can kick back, relax and mentally prepare myself to receive the @IMPACTWRESTLING World Heavyweight Title."

- TNA is still heavily pushing a Slammiversary appearance by Rebel, who is a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. The Menagerie does not have a match announced yet. besides Crazzy Steve's X Division Title match involvement, so it's possible that they have another segment on tonight's show.
