- Hulk Hogan will be making a rare independent wrestling appearance on August 4th for the Northeast Wrestling promotion in Fishkill, New York at Dutchess Stadium. Other names booked for appearances on the show include Lita, Mickie James, Jimmy Hart, Jerry Lawler and Matt Hardy.
- TNA Impact will air live tonight at 8pm EST on Spike TV. Confirmed for the show is Bobby Roode vs. Sting in a Lumberjack Match, Brooke Hogan's debut, TNA Television Champion Devon defending against an opponent chosen by fans and a "major announcement" from Dixie Carter. - TNA's Bully Ray was featured in the debut episode of Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment's reality TV show Catalina. The first episode was viewed by less than a million viewers and scored a 0.3 rating. Here's the season preview that features Ray:
