Refusing To Job

    ROAR!

Wow, that was extremely gay, but I couldn't think of anything to start off
the column with. Maybe I should re-do the intro, here goes...

Welcome to Refusing to Job! I'm your host, Wiggey, for this lovely column.
How 'bout that? Still not good? No? Go suck on a nut then!

In today's wonderful Refusing to Job, we'll take a look at the current
storylines, opinions, more opinions, and by god, more opinions! And some
other shit as well, maybe some humor if you're lucky. Well, I'll throw in
some humor, if you are nice to me. How's that? Fair trade?

Oh and if you e-mailed me saying that I plugged my site -
    University of Anarchy too
much, then you obviously didn't click the damn link. Why? BECAUSE I MESSED UP
THE HTML! That's how smart I am when it comes to HTML, a wonderful broken
link. Ya, on ward to RTJ, my good man!

    Justified

Lets see, what's the big news? Well, it seems like The Rock will be appearing
in two more movies! A.K.A Going to quit the WWF to make movies. Well, maybe
not. But, think about it. Would you rather get paid to make some movies,
which barely requires any talent, and get paid a truck load of money. Or..put
your body on the line, just about every night, and suffer serious injuries in
the near future? Ya, I wonder where The Rock will be heading! *Sarcasm mode
    off*

I also heard that DirecTV has come to a deal with the WWF? But, it's just not
official? I knew it would happen. What was it? Two weeks ago I said they'd
come to a deal. DirecTV brings in an ass load of money for the WWF, so I'm
sure they'll sign. I think it's basically a win-win situation for both sides,
really. But, one good question, why do they charge $35 for a Pay Per View?
That's why I miss good ol' ECW. It was only, what? $27 dollars? See, for me,
I have to call in an order the Pay Per View, so that's another $5!! Fuck you
DirecTV! That ain't right. You should praise me for calling in! I'm not some
fat guy who sits watching DirecTV with my phone line connected to it, to save
$5!! ROAR! Oh well..not like I can do anything. That was basically a
pointless rant, right? Ya, but you liked it, I know you did. Oh yes you
    did..*Wiggey rambles some more*

It also seems like Wrestlemania 2002, will be in Toronto! Which is kinda odd,
because I live really close to Canada, why is that odd? Well, it really
isn't, but..what'd you care? Maybe I'll get to go to the show? haha, ya
right. But, you never know. Maybe I could hold up a Refusing to Job sign and
get on camera? Then my conquest for world domination would be one step closer
to being finished! BWAHAHAHAHA! *cough* *cough* *cough*

So, I'm reading the Smackdown results ..and what do I see? The Ladder match
was stopped because Jeff Hardy was injured. As you can probably see, the WWF
will probably say, "This is why ladder matches shouldn't be done" and they'll
get rid of the ladder match! Those bastards! I'm a ladder match, MARK! If
they take my ladder match away, I think I'll cruel up in a ball in my room,
naked, with my blanky and cry my eyes out. But, more then likely, Jeff Hardy
wasn't really injured and was just a work. But..what the hell do I know? I
didn't see the show, BECAUSE OF DIRECTV!!!!!!1111!1!11

Hm, I was looking at my SummerSlam predictions and I saw ShaneOmacK and I
were talking about Edge & Christian breaking up. You know it's going to
happen soon, in-fact, I wouldn't doubt if they break up this Monday. Maybe
we'll see Christian go to the Alliance? Want to know what I think would be
really good? If EDGE was the guy who broke up with Christian and went heel.
Not a bad idea, eh? Either way, I hope it brings back a little spark to their
    career's.

Speaking of someone who needs a spark, the Dudley Boyz need
something new. Now, I'm not raging on them. But, for me, they Dudley Boyz are
no longer that ass kicking team that was awesome. Even when they first came
to the WWF, when they were heels, they had that feel. Now they are just
sorta.."there" and nothing else. They have been wrestling in too many 6 man
matches, and STUPID TABLE MATCHES. I remember one time, I think they went 3
weeks straight wrestling a Table match. How hard up for matches can you get?!
Hopefully the writers can find something to do with them. Kinda sad when
you're jobbing to Billy Gunn and The Big Show.

As for RAW thoughts, I thought it was a decent show. Nothing really bad or
nothing really great. The ending, I thought, was really good. The singing got
annoying but when Angle came out, it made the whole show! Other then that,
the 12 man match was pretty good. One thing I must say, the crowd was
basically DEAD. I mean..friggin' DEAD! I highly doubt the WWF will book
another show at that arena any time soon.

I wonder if Lawler will come back to the WWF soon? I know he probably isn't
really pushing for his job back. But, I think if he wanted to come back,
Vince would let him back. Still is just a whole bad time for The King. Talk
about taking a swift kick to the nuts. Man, I feel so bad for him. But, I
wouldn't mind seeing him back in the WWF. :)

Seems like DDP has finally under went surgery. Makes you think, will the
whole DDP/UT thing FINALLY be done with? Many people say it will be..but I
don't know. The WWF writers have been pretty slacky lately, so I don't think
it's out of the picture that we could see 'em feud once again. Oh joy.

Hey, X-Pac wants to change his music! 'Bout friggin' time! It seem he wants,
"Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed to be him theme. I'm all for that..just
get rid of the stupid Uncle Fudger theme.

Anyone else waiting for Scott Steiner to heal up and come to the WWF? Man, he
could make a HUGE impact. I'm a big Steiner fan, as much as the internet
gives him shit. Still, I know many fans would like to see Steiner v.s Rock or
Steiner v.s Chris Jericho. Just think, BPP in the WWF. Man, he'd reek some
    havoc and kick some ass!

I'm really missing Chris Benoit right now. Man, I can't believe he won't be
back till around SPRING 2002. Get well Chris! Ya..I'm sure he will read that.
But, I really do mean it. I hope he gets well. He had a serious injury. So
    once again, get well!

Today's Band of the Week, is a really good new Hard Rock band. Chances are,
you probably heard of 'em. If you haven't you will be very soon, I promise
    that.

    Nickelback

Yes'um, Nickelback. A really good new Hard Rock band and you've probably
heard of 'em! 'Bout last year, they had a pretty good single called, "Leader
Of Men". But, if you haven't heard of them, you're in for a treat. Lead
singer, Chad Kroeger applies good melody, yet giving Nickelback that unique
sound of their own. Guitar playing from Ryan Peake is usually sharp, and on
the money. While the basslines from Mike Kroeger keep the bands tight end
decent. Ran Vikedal rounds out the rhythm section on drums. Either way, very
talent band and very good at what they do! Songs I really enjoy are - Old
Enough, Diggin' this, Breathe and their new single, "How you Remind me"
    .
The new single, "How You Remind Me" is A+ top notch stuff. I hope you at
least check it out. Their new CD, Silver side up, comes out on September
    11th! More info at - http://www.nickelback.com

Wow, another column in the books. You know, for the first time in a while, I
really enjoyed writing this column. Hm, let me rephrase that. I've always
enjoyed doing the column. But, sometimes it just can be hard, ya know? Some
days, the right words won't flow out. Before I used to try and think for
around an hour on a topic to write about, yet it always failed. I finally
realized if I can't come up with a topic, no sense in even trying. So, no
topics unless if I can come up with a good one, sorry. As for the band, New
Pond Fondle, I hope you guys really enjoyed them. I was told the day I made
them Band of the Week, they got a lot of hits, and set a record number of
hits! Weather it was a lot of hits, or a low number, it was set. I'd like to
thank all the readers who did check them out. If you still want to check 'em
    out, go to www.newpondfondle.com or
