- Access Hollywood did a feature earlier this evening on the "Making of Smackdown". The segment pointed out that the show was going live for the second week in a row. The segment started with the show showing all the equipment trucks and buses needed to run such a show. The segment featured comments from Kurt Angle and The Rock. The segment went on to point out that The Rock's return has spiked ratings for the show. - Apparently, John Collins is accusing the WWF's Paul Heyman of cancelling the plane tickets reserved for the MECW performers who were scheduled to appear at last night's CCW show in Evansville, Indiana. Collins went on to say that anyone who had a ticket stub for the show will be able to get into next week's show for free due to the sudden change of plans. However, CCW superintendent Mark Acker stated that if Collins let fans in for free, someone would have to pay for their ticket. - Lita may be doing some shows for IWA Puerto Rico in October.
