- The Rock was on Access Hollywood earlier this evening to discuss the birth of his daughter Simone. The Rock recalled that he was very uncomfortable being in the delivery room while his wife Dany was undergoing a c-section. The Rock also stated that he had a new respect for mothers after seeing what his wife went through during labor.

- On the subject of Rock television appearances, the Teen Choice Awards aired earlier tonight on FOX. As you know, The Rock won the award for "Choice Sleazebag" for his role in The Mummy Returns. During his acceptance speech, The Rock thanked the voters and stated that if everyone thought he laid the smackdown this year, then just wait until next year, obviously referring to the release of The Scorpion King.
