Another big week for us all at Liberty All-Star Wrestling. We had the time change for the radio show and also up today is a great interview conducted by Ken Tuccio with Bay Ragni. This really gives a good insight into what LAW is all about and the indy wrestling business in general. Check it out at www.tfhwrestling.com.

Top Rope Radio debuted at our new time of 4pm Eastern on Wednesdays for what is now the fastest half hour on radio. Bay Ragni was your host on WNWR.com and top rope radio.com. LAW timekeeper Tom Misnik did an ok job of keeping Lucky Larry's chair warm during Larry's absence. Topics covered on the show were Summer Slam, the Rock's wife giving birth, Kevin Sullivan's return to the ring in Florida. Some of the callers talked about many of those topics. Most notable caller was former ECW ref John Finegan who called in about the MECW show. John hopes that things work out with the promotion, said that it was cool to see everyone from ECW back again, not only the wrestlers, but also the production team and Atlas Security and also a lot of the fans. Chris from the LAW street team called in to mention a lot of the indy workers in attendance, including Ric FN Blade. Ric said to Chris that he hopes to be back in 2 months and things are doing great with the baby and Shorti.

Next Wednesday from 4-4:30, once again Top Rope Radio at its NEW time on 1540 am in the Philadelphia area or on the Internet at WNWR.com or TopRopeRadio.com.

are a great value. Check one out soon. You never know
    who might show up.

    8/18 TV Taping Results:

Bill Behrens open the evening with the announcement that
Steve Martin would not be in attendance for the evening.
In addition on September 29th Wildside will began to run
shows at the air conditioned, 1500 capacity, Globe Theatre
in downtown Atlanta. All fans that attend the 9/1 TV
Taping will get free tickets to the show. To get to the
Globe take the Moreland North exit off I-20 (just east of
75/85), go to Memorial Dr. (1st light) and go right,
building is on the right one mile down. Behrens then
introducd Dan "The Dragon" Wilson who brought out his
announcing partners Steven Prazak and Jeremy Borash.

The Redneck Express (Cooter Calhoun & Big Henry Hoss)
defeated The Long Riders (Colt Derringer & "Outlaw"
    John Dalton).

G Rated (Kid Kool & Kid Xtasy) took on Slim J & Mike
Pittman, however the match was ruled a no contest when
Terry Knight & David Young ran in and attacked all four
young men. Jeff G. Bailey made his way to ringside telling
Young & Knight to get the Trash out of the ring. The crowd
chanted "Child Abuse" as all four boys were thrown to the
floor. A suprise came when Bailey brought David Penser
former WCW ring announcer to the ring to announce the new
Bad Attitude. Young and Knight now refer to themselves as
Bad Attitude. Bill Behrens made his way to ringside and
was about to be attacked by Young and Knight when he was
joined by Total Destruction(the current Wildside Tag Team
Champs) who he had hired as bodyguards for the night.
Behrens stated that on 9/1 there would be a match between
the two Bad Attitudes, Knight & Young vs. Rick Michaels
and a partner of his choosing. Bailey responded by
delivering a message from Mr. Wildside, that the Civic
Auditorium in Kingsport where Total Destruction defeated
Blackout for the titles as HIS building and since Total
Destruction are banned from HIS building their win over
Blackout didn't occur, and Blackout are the NWA Wildside
Tag Team Champions. Bailey left through the crowd after
being chased by TD. A fan approached the attorney at law
and words as well as punches were exchanged. Security
finally pulled the men apart and the fan was escorted from
    the arena.

White Trash & Tank vs. Blackout-Rainman & Homicide in a
Hardcore rules title match in a match was fought all over
the arena. the team of Tank & Trash were both bleeding
very badly not long into the match. Kross (now Havoc)
then ran in and attacked both Tank and Trash with a heavy
metal chain. Trash was put through six chairs while
Tank was dragged from ringside out the door by Blackout
where with a dog collar and chain, he was attached to the
back of a SUV. As Blackout fired up the SUV and tried to
drag Tank behind it, Total Destruction showed up and
managed to release Tank just before Blackout sped away.
Trash laid motionless in the ring. Medical personel were
called in and Trash had to be carried from ringside. Trash
will miss the 9/1 show as a result of his injuries.

Sgt.Hardner & the returning Omen faced Dan Factor & Dango
Wynn. Wonderful tag teaming by the newly formed team of
Factor & Wynn. Inazuma ran in and attempted to spit the
red mist into Wynn's face however it was Hardner that got
the face full of red mist, resulting in a win for Wynn &
    Factor.

The match between Lazz & William Wealth did not take place,
but Ed Ferrara appeared (introduced by David Penser who
briefly got into an exchange with NWA Wildside announcer
Dan Wilson) and was confronted by Bill Behrens. A match
between Lazz & Ed Ferrara was made for 9/1. If Ed lasts 5
minutes against Lazz he gets Bill Behrens in the ring, if
he doesn't last 5 minutes he leaves Wildside for good.

TNT (Todd & Tony) took on the Lost Boyz (Gabriel & Azrael)
in one of the best matches of the night. This match also
spilled into the audience. Tony Stradlin dove off the top
rope into the crowd and onto the Lost Boyz. Todd Sexton
then climbed to the top of the cage, that remains in pieces
in between matches, and leaped to the floor. Awesome match
for the number one contendor spot, but it resulted in a
double countout by Senior Ref. Andrew Thomas, a finish
that did not sit well with the near capacity crowd.

AJ Styles & Rob Williams vs. Adam Jacobs & Justice in
another of their series of great matches, but with the
help of Bailey & Jason Cross it appeared that Styles and
Williams would be a the disadvantage and lose the match.
However, momentum changed and the winning fall went to
Williams & Styles when a blinded Justice (powder thrown by
Cross hit Justice by accident), was pinned by Rob
Williams. After the match Cross, Jacobs, Justice & Bailey
continue to assault both men until a returning JC Dazz
made his way to ringside. The crowd went wild as Dazz slid
in to make the save but instead Justice held a chair to AJ
Styles' head and Dazz slide in with the Dazzinator. An
injuried Jimmy Rave (wearing a full cast on his left arm)
tried to help Williams and Styles but was cit off by Dazz
who went to work on the injured arm. Finally, a returning
Onyx made the save, and the heals retreated to the back.

Matches set for the 9/1 SECOND ANNIVERSARY SHOW at the
    NCW ARENA include:

RICK MICHAELS & ??????? VS BAD ATTITUDE (YOUNG & KNIGHT)

    AJ STYLES VS JASON CROSS

ONYX VS ADAM JACOBS (TV TITLE)

ROB WILLIAMS VS JUSTICE (HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE)

    LAZZ VS ED FERARRA
(If Ed survives 5 minutes with LAZZ, he wrestles Bill
Behrens, if he loses to LAZZ he says he will leave
    WILDSIDE)

PASSES to the 9/29 GLOBE SHOW in ATLANTA. Make your plans
to join NWA WILDSIDE at its 2nd ANNIVERSARY party at the

MATCH 1: "SODA POP" RONNIE ZUKKO (with CANDIE) pinned EARL THE PEARL (with RICH MYERS & PLATINUM NAT) with a crucifix in 10:41.

After the match, EARL, RICH and NAT stomped on "SODA POP" until THE GHETTO MAFIA came from the back to ward them off. Commissioner BLACK, as a result, decided that NAT would face CANDIE in an inter-gender match later

MATCH 2: Cruiserweight champ QENAAN CREED small-packaged MARCUS "THE BLACK DRAGON" JORDAN for the fall in 13:20.

They continued to brawl after the match and were joined by other wrestlers as this led to the next match,=A0a battle royal to determine who would
challenge "HOT COMMODITY" JULIO DINERO for the MCW Television Championship later, in the card.

MATCH 3: "REDNECK" BILLY REDWOOD won the Battle Royal, thus giving him the right to face DINERO.

The participants, in order of their elimination, from last to first, were QENAAN CREED, BLACK DRAGON, RONNIE ZUKKO, SYDESWYPE, 2-DOPE, EARL THE PEARL, RICH MYERS, DINO DIVINE, THE BRUISER, and BILLY REDWOOD.

DIVINE continued to argue, with the referee, after his elimination left just THE BRUISER and THE REDNECK, in the ring. THE BRUISER tossed REDWOOD out, but the ref did not see it. By the time the ref turned around, he saw REDWOOD back in the ring and THE BRUISER on the outside. He called for the bell, declaring REDWOOD the winner.

MATCH 4: ALEXIS LAREE pinned T.Q.M.'s TARA in 8:12 after hitting a ddt.

MATCH 5: THE HOLY ROLLERS ("RAMBLIN" RICH MYERS & EARL THE PEARL, with PLATINUM NAT) held on to their tag-team title with a pin fall victory over THE GHETTO MAFIA (2 DOPE & SYDESWYPE) in 10:46.

With the referee distracted by MYERS, NAT interfered by giving 2 DOPE a low-blow, enabling EARL THE PEARL to roll 2 DOPE up for the pin.

MATCH 6: =A0THE BRUISER forced T.Q.M.'s DINO DIVINE (with TARA) to submit
    in 6:11.

He clamped on the Bruisemission after giving DIVINE and TARA double coconuts (double noggin-knocker).

MATCH 7: =A0CANDIE pinned PLATINUM NAT (with EARL THE PEARL and "RAMBLIN" RICH MYERS) in 6:39.

She stunnered the interfering HOLY ROLLERS before giving NAT the Candie-Gram, and covering for the pin.

MATCH 8: =A0"HOT COMMODITY" JULIO DINERO retained the television championship by pinning "REDNECK" BILLY REDWOOD in 6:14.

This was fought under "ECW-style Chincoteague street fight rules", with no holds barred and falls counting anywhere. =A0Coming into play was a trash can full of weapons, that included a trash can lid, cookie tins, brooms, etc. =A0DINERO got the pin after the Near Death Experience, on REDWOOD, in such a way that his back hit the trash can lid and his head hit one of the cookie tins.

A special thank you to MCW Timekeeper, JEFF AMDUR, for sending me the results, of this event.
