- The other day, we reported that anyone who planned on using the ECW tape library for their own use would have to go through Joey Styles and his lawyer first, since his likeness is on most ECW footage. Styles' view is that his contract with HHG Corporation, ECW's former parent company, gave him the rights to his voice and likeness but because they breached his contract by not fulfilling the terms, Styles feels that HHG forfeited the ability to pass on the right to use Styles' likeness. Styles feels that because the contract was breached, HHG Corporation lost the right to transfer ownership of his likeness to anyone else, including WWFE.

- Dennis Coralluzzo, former NWA promoter passed away last night. As of right now, the cause of death has not been revealed. On behalf of the entire LoP staff, I would like to offer my sincerest condolences to the friends and family of Coralluzzo.
