- The WWF, TSN and Sun newspapers are teaming up for the "Raw Mystery Superstar" contest. On every live edition of Raw on TSN, beginning tomorrow night, there will be a mystery WWF superstar annnounced. In the end, six winners will win a trip to Toronto and will be able to watch the September 3rd Raw from a luxury box inside the Air Canada Center. The mystery superstar will be announced on TSN's ticker during the show and will run from July 30th through August 20th. Then, e-mail the correct mystery superstar to contest@ca.wwfent.com. With reports that the Right to Censor members are being repackaged, these recent events could certainly be the WWF's way of "testing the waters" to see if a return of the Godfather would be good for business. The material will be recorded at the home studio of keyboardist Josh Silver, according to drummer Johnny Kelly. The band currently doesn't expect to have the new album out until early 2002 and no tour plans are in the works right now, but do plan on them doing some shows around Halloween. Type O Negative have also just wrapped up recording their cover of "Out of the Fire," theme song for WWF wrestler Kane to appear on a future compilation disc.
