Over recent days, speculation has been rife among UK WWF wrestling fans as regards to which station in the United Kingdom would be airing WWF Invasion. Recently, it emerged that in certain magazines and on various websites that the show would be shown live on the BSKYB network on Sky Sports 1, this lead many to believe that BSKYB had bought the rights to Invasion from Channel 4 television, also the fact that Channel 4 will or have already removed the WWF section of there website lead many to speculate the company would drop WWF wrestling altogether, starting with Invasion this month. Further to the speculation, it was reported yesterday that BSKYB (Sky Sports 1) would indeed be showing the event live and exclusive due to the WWF's official international website listing the event as being shown live. Well within the last 24 hours this has be rectified and WWF Invasion is, as was orginally scheduled, to be shown via a 50 minute taped delay from 1.50am in the morning on the UK's free for all Channel 4 later this month.
