    - Jerry Lawler has released a statement on his website KingLawler.com. In this statement, Lawler addresses the rumors that he has signed with the WWF and calls them "greatly exaggerated". However, he does hint that he might appear at Madison Square Garden tonight for Raw. To read the full statement, click HERE.

    - As we reported earlier, Steve Austin suffered a hand injury when Booker T threw him through the table at the King of the Ring. The move is being considered as carelessly executed by Booker T and it may have resulted in a broken hand for Austin. Austin also hurt his back on the same move and hit his head on a chair. Consequently, Austin could barely move after the match. However, it is unlikely that Austin will miss any ring time.

    - If Kurt Angle suffered a broken tail bone, he will have to miss ring time.

    - Despite the tremendous beating taken by Shane McMahon, he wasn't injured seriously.

    - As some of you probably already know, Shane took more suplexes from Kurt Angle then were originally planned because the glass did not break the first time Angle tried to suplex Shane through them. Angle ended up just throwing Shane through the glass on the second pane since suplexes weren't working.

    - It is being said that most, if not all, the contracted WCW wrestlers were backstage at the King of the Ring last night.
