- Look for Rob Van Dam do sign with WWFE to work for WCW very soon. There is a possibility that he has already signed considering WWFE are doing their best to keep all signings very quiet. What is confirmed is that Van Dam has received a contract from WWFE. Van Dam is expected to "invade" the WWF, possibly as early at this week's television or at the King of the Ring pay-per-view. WWFE expects Van Dam to become a cornerstone of WCW.

- It appears that there will be a heavy WCW influence at the King of the Ring on Sunday. As a matter of fact, on top of Diamond Dallas Page confirmed to show up at the pay-per-view, Booker T and Buff Bagwell are expected to be at the show and possibly have an on camera role as well. There are meetings going on today in Stamford, Connecticut to discuss WCW's direction.
