Lodi writing book, Austin and Kanyon interviews, Smackdown, more

    - Brad Cain, best known to wrestling fans as Lodi, has written a fiction novel about a competitive bodybuilder preparing for competition, tentively titled "Perfect". Cain completed the book last August and is currently looking around for a publisher so no release date has been announced.

    - Dave Scherer of 1wrestling.com has posted an exclusive interview with Steve Austin. In the interview, Austin discusses the status of his neck and back, his thoughts on his heel turn and his opinion on the decline in business currently being experienced by the WWF.     - Last week's episode of WWF Smackdown! was the 78th highest-rated primetime network program according to Nielsen Media Research. The show tied with ABC's "My Wife & Kids". A total of 138 programs were rated.

    - The term "WWF" was #17 on this week's Lycos 50 ranking the top 50 search terms on the Lycos search engine. This ranking is down from last week's #14 spot.
