More information has been revealed concerning the death of "Maniac" Mike Davis. Davis passed away at about 10:30 PM on Christmas Day after complaining about not feeling well only minutes prior to his death. He claimed to feel hot all over so he lied down. Despite what was originally reported, it is not confirmed that it was a heart problem that caused his death although his father did suffer heart problems.

Last week's episode of Smackdown was the 79th highest-rated primetime network program for the week of December 17-23. The show, which tied with FOX's King of the Hill, was also UPN's highest-rated program for the week. A total of 136 programs were ranked.
For those of you who missed Smackdown, it was announced that Ric Flair will take on Vince McMahon at the Royal Rumble on January 20th.
