Thanks to Jamie Colman from Wrestling Monthly Fanzine for sending this report in!

    WWA: The Inception
    Dublin, Ireland
    November 28th, 2001
    Attendance: Est. 7,000 (sell out)
Live commentary: Jeramy Borash & Konnan/Disco Inferno

I just returned home after attending the WWA show in the Point Depot here in
    Dublin Ireland.

Here is a brief run down of the results.

Jeroamy Borash entered the ring to kick off the show and basically said how
how great it was to be in Ireland and how tonight would be so great. He then
introduced Konnan as his co- announcer for the night.

The first match pitted International Cruiserweight Champion Juventud
Guererra defending against Psycosis. Decent enough match here to start
things off with Juvi coming out on top after a Juvi Driver and a three count
    from referee Mark Slick Johnson.

Next up, Borash introduced Bret Hart to the Dublin crowd. Hart received a
massive ovation from the on-hand crowd and Bret basically gave a classic
Bret Hart speech. He mentioned how great it was to be in Ireland and also
mentioned that Vince McMahon was a "piece of shit". He said he was the
commissioner for the WWA and that he was going to make sure that we all got
our money's worth from the WWA.

Next up we saw Luna Vachon Vs. Gangrel in what I believe was named a black
wedding match or something along those lines. The match was horrible and to
be perfectly honest I donšt remember who won. As far as I can remember, Luna
    won the match.

Next was a segement involving Buff Bagwell and Stevie Ray. Buff Bagwell came
out claiming that he would put everyone in Dublin, Ireland on T.V. (even
though the show was never going to be on T.V. to begin with) when Stevie Ray
emerged from the back claiming that the Dublin crowd were too ugly to be on
T.V. As Buff and Stevie were about to get it on, Bret Hart came out and made
Buff Vs. Stevie for later in the night.

Disco Inferno was out next against Grand Master Sexay (Brian Christopher).
Both worked the crowd wonderfully during the match and the end came when
Sexay connected with the Hip Hop Drop and got the three count. After the
match, Sexay danced in the ring along with referee Slick Johnson, Konnan and
Borash. Very funny segment here which saw Disco return to the ring to join
in the dancing fun but end up on the receiving end of a four man beating.

Screamin Norman Smiley was up next against Crowbar in a Hardcore Match.
Decent match here compete with trash cans, chairs and even a table which
spelled the end for Crowbar. Smiley won the match after slamming Crowbar
    through a table.

Next, Lenny Lane and Lodi (The West Hollywood Blondes) went against the team
of Konnan and Nathan Jones (Borash claimed Jones was Irish but I believe
he's actually Australian). Jones stands at a good 6'7 at least and this one
was a good match which can be put down to Lenny Lane who played the gay role
brilliantly. It was a chokeslam by Jones on Lane which saw the end of this
one. Winners, Konnan and Jones (as Konnan was wrestling, Disco Inferno took
    his place as commentator).

Steive Ray and Buff Bagwell assembled a horrible match next which saw Stevie
pin Buff after nailing him with the slap-jack. But when the referee
realised what had happened, he ordered the match to continue and Bagwell hit
his Blockbuster finisher to get the three count and the win.

The Main Event was next. Jeff Jarrett defending the WWA Title against The
Road Dogg. Not exactly a classic but decent enough, Jarrett won the match
when he nailed The Road Dogg with the guitar behind the referee's back.
After the match, Bret Hart came out to the ring and tried to explain to the
referee that Jarrett had cheated but the referee would not hear of it.
Dogg took it upon himself to nail referee Mark Johnson with the Pump Handle
Slam and meanwhile Bret Hart applied the sharpshooter to Jeff Jarrett to a
    huge pop.

Overall, the WWA show was a good entertainment show. No standout wrestling
matches, no history was made but the WWA certainly did entertain on November
    28th, 2001.

    Biggest Pops:
    Bret Hart
    Grand Master Sexay
    Road Dogg

    Biggest Heat:
    Disco Inferno
    Stevie Ray
    Lenny and Lodi

    Best performers of the night:
    Grand Master Sexay
    Disco Inferno

    Laziest S.O.B. on the show:
    Stevie Ray!!!

The WWA will return to Ireland in May next year. I WILL be attending.
