Kane added to Yokozuna Memorial show, Heyman/Flair, Rock/RVD promo

  • Kane has been added to the list of people scheduled to be a part of Wednesday's Yokozuna Memorial show in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Also scheduled to appear are the Undertaker, Billy Kidman, Kanyon, Bradshaw, Shannon Moore, Haku, The Tonga Kid, Afa, Sika, Rikishi, The Island Boys, Doink the Clown and Samu.

  • Reports circulating the Internet about Paul Heyman being against bringing in Ric Flair to the WWF are completely untrue. In fact, it was just the opposite as Heyman was a very vocal supporter in bringing in Flair.

  • The reason the Rob Van Dam/Rock promo was cut from last week's Smackdown was because Kevin Dunn, the WWF's television producer, did not like the way it came out. The promo consisted of The Rock talking to RVD about the match against the Dudley Boyz and Chris Jericho and RVD was acting as if he was "zoning out" and not paying to what The Rock was saying. The Rock then asked RVD if he was paying attention to what he was saying and RVD said that he was just spacing out. Because the promo was cut, speculation arose that it was pulled due to a possible drug inference.
