Mick Foley segment, backstage RAW notes, Flair, and Lawler

Mick Foley was NOT at RAW last night. The segment you saw with Mick and Vince McMahon, in the WWF Jet, was apparently filmed in New York before Vince flew down to North Carolina for Survivor Series. Around the locker room, word was getting around that Foley was indeed finished with the WWF, or at least for the time being.

Triple H was backstage at RAW, and was apparently giving ideas on the new creative direction of the WWF.

Not only was Mr. T in the front row, but he was also backstage during moments of RAW. He was received well by the wrestlers, and he's still a big wrestling fan.

Pete DiNicola, the new WWF top excecutive who took over after Stu Snyder resigned, was also backstage at RAW last night.

Click Here for a WWF.com article about Ric Flair's huge WWF return last night at RAW. In this article, it states that Flair's Time Warner/AOL contract actually ran out on Febuary 2003 and NOT February 2002, which was widely reported initially (sorry!). It has quotes from close friends and relatives such as Arn Anderson, Charles Robinson, and David Flair. Very good read.

Click Here for a WWF.com interview with Jerry "the King" Lawler about his return to the WWF. It does say that he signed with the XWF, and how he made his way back to the WWF. Lawler also admits to regretting the day he quit the WWF, confusiong about bashing WWF officials while he was gone, and gives us an update on his son, Grand Master Sex-ay Brian Christopher. Solid tell-all interview.
