Hello everyone and welcome to Behind The Shotgun's Barrel. Tonight as you all know is The Survivor Series, this event is famous due to the many screwjobs that have happened in the WWF, everyone knows the Bret Hart screwjob in 1997, McMahon screwed Austin in 1998 and later on that night The Rock turned on the fans and screwed Mankind out of the world title. In 1999 it was our turn to get screwed when Austin dropped out of the Survivor Series main event (Austin vs. HHH vs. The Rock for the WWF title) and he was replaced with the Big Show, Show wont the title by the way. In 2000 Kurt Angle screwed the Undertaker when he had his brother Eric Angle (not sure if that's his name) double for him when Undertaker was getting the pin to win the title, Angle pulled a fast one and won.
So its 2001, the focus this year is team WWF vs. Team WCW/ECW to finally put to an end the Invasion angle, lets do some predictions since I don't know what else to say, eh?
Note: This is the single most stupid PPV to predict because supposedly one of the two companies is going out of business, so what if all the WWF wrestlers win the titles but lose the main event? Or what if the WCW wrestlers win the titles and lose the main events? Stupid booking right here. I would had preferred that if WWF wins then all the WCW titles are gone, WCW wins all the WWF titles are gone, doesn't that make more sense??
Immunity Battle Royal Participants: Crash Holly, Perry Saturn, Bradshaw, Farrooq, Spike Dudley, Albert, Scotty 2 Hotty, Hurricane, Hugh Morris, Billy Gunn, Tommy Dreamer, Lance Storm, Chuck Palumbo, Diamond Dallas Page, Steven Richards, Tazz, Raven, Billy Kidman, Shawn Stasiak, Justin Credible, and Funaki
Who will win? Hell if I know, I'll go with DDP because like Mr. Tito said he is the bigger name of all, yet again why not Tazz? He got relatively close with Mr. McMahon on Thursday, maybe that's a sign?
Winner: DDP - And that's not a bad thing!
Women's Title match Lita vs. Ivory vs. Trish Stratus vs. Mighty Molly vs. Jackie vs. Mystery Opponent.
I remember when I used to get excited about mystery opponents, then again this is the women's title. Give me a good reason to care about this match. Mystery opponent will either be Jazz or Nidia, if it is Nidia then I don't see why the WWF didn't hype it as a "Tough Enough contestant has the chance of a lifetime" thing, if it is Jazz then expect a nice big silence on the crowd when she comes out.
Winner: Ivory - why? I don't know, and I don't care.
William Regal vs. Tajiri As long as I get to see the tarantula I don't really care, still, Tajiri rules. Nice of Billy Kidman to get jealous of the little guy cause he was hanging around Torrie, its an angle after all. I don't even expect Torrie to be out with Tajiri.
Winner: Tajiri.
Tag Team Unification in a steel cage Dudleys vs. Hardys
Have we seen this match before? Oh right, its in a cage, which makes it fresh and new! Anyway I say Hardys win because their PPV record downright sucks, always jobbing to the Dudleys, maybe its their time to shine?
Winner: Hardys - Don't think we will see any progression in the Lita/Matt angle, WWF probably already forgot it by now.
Unification Title (IC and US) Edge vs. Test
This match will so not steal the card, has anyone realized that Test was an European champion, an Intercontinental Champion, a Hardcore champion and a Tag Team Champion? He is closer to becoming a grand slam champion than half the roster, yet does anyone really care about him? I know I don't.
Winner: Edge - why? Cause Rob Zombie rules.
Team WWF vs. Team WCW/ECW Big Show, Kane, Undertaker, Chris Jericho and The Rock vs. Shane McMahon, Booker T, RVD, Kurt Angle and Steve Austin.
Has anyone realized that if RVD wasn't in this match this would be a WCW only team? Also notice how Kurt Angle, Shane McMahon and Steve Austin so look WWF, that's the whole problem of the Invasion angle, WWF wrestlers with WCW shirts. I expect for Shane to take out Big Show by climbing to the arena's ceiling, jumping off and not dying, actually he will jump from really high and take him out. As long as the final pin doesn't come from a Vince McMahon chair shot meaning he is joining the Alliance then I don't care, still its hard to root against the WWF. I also want to point out I like the Alliance's team better, Angle, Austin and RVD rule! To hell with it.
Winner: The Alliance - Yeah, I said it, whooo. :P
-Changes?
Right now I am already thinking ahead of Survivor Series, I'm thinking of tomorrow night's Raw that has so much potential, a new beginning, perhaps the return of Jerry Lawler to commentary, Ric Flair! I will crap my pants if Ric Flair walks down that aisle, that is the moment that the wrestling community is waiting for, the very same moment The Governor (Non Sanctioned) refereed to as to when you least expect it you will mark out, Flair was once the best and I believe that he is the last savior that wrestling has, the hell with Hulk Hogan.
However I do expect for something way stupid to happen like the losing team to be on Raw, some stupid contract clause to be pulled out under the rug, something that will make last night's match useless, it has happened before and history repeats itself.
As far as the Alliance getting their own TV Show how about this, WCW Exxess and WCW's Sunday Night Heat, those programs are going down the crapper why not save them and save WCW at the same time?
Also I wanted to point out how ECW's old TNN show had higher ratings than the current Exxess show has, ha!

Before I finish I wanted to say a couple of things. First I am from Puerto Rico, our main language is Spanish, we talk Spanish, write in Spanish do everything in Spanish, I have received many complaints that some sentences are hard to follow, please excuse me for that. Unlike you guys who have been talking in English since you were 2 years old I am relatively new to it, sure I consider myself way more advanced that the average Puerto Rican an just to be part of LoP is a dream come true. Has any of you ever seen another Puerto Rican on the web? I feel like I represent my whole country, sure I might not be the best, my grammar isn't the best and in the case of my last column it downright sucked, shit happens, you got to move on and little by little become a little better with time.
