Rob gave Edge a reverse elbow and then he went to the second rope and he came off with a heel kick on Edge and then he pinned him for a two count. Rob backed Edge into the corner and hammered away on him and Edge countered and then Rob got Edge in an inverted atomic drop and then he hit him with a moonsault and then he pinned him for a two count. Rob kicked Edge as he was down on the mat and then he picked Edge up and gave him a forearm. Rob gave Edge a number of right hands in the corner and then he whipped him into the opposite corner and Edge kicked Rob and then Edge gave Rob a modified bulldog and both men were down on the mat. Edge whipped Rob off the ropes and gave him a high back body drop and then he knocked Rob down with a clothesline and then a heel kick and then he whipped Rob, but Rob countered it and then Rob knocked Edge down with a heel kick. Rob kicked Edge as he was down and then he went for the split legged moonsault, but Edge got his knees up into RVD's gut. Edge rolled Rob up from behind in a pin for a two count and Rob countered it and got a pin for a two count. Rob then gave Edge a super kick and then he nailed Edge with the rolling thunder. Rob pinned Edge, but he was only able to get a two count as Edge countered it into a pin of his own. Edge got the Edge-o-Matic on RVD and then he pinned him for a two count. Edge kicked Rob as he was down on the mat and then Rob whipped Edge into the corner and Rob went for a rolling monkey flip, but Edge speared Rob as he was in mid air. Edge then pinned RVD for a two count, and Edge couldn't believe that RVD kicked out of it. Edge went to the top rope and Rob Van Dam came up from behind and he tossed Edge down to the mat to the center of the ring. Rob then went to the top rope and he came off with the Five Star, but Edge moved out of the way. Edge then hit the Edgeocution DDT and then he pinned him for a three count to get the win and retain the Championship! Backstage: Stone Cold and Debra were shown looking on and Austin said that RVD makes him sick. He lost to Edge! Someone knocked on the door, and it was Tazz. Tazz wanted to know who is jumping ship from the WWF to the Alliance?! Austin asked him if they are good friends or something? Tazz said that he's dying to know. He can understand why he won't tell Debra, but he's Tazz. Austin asked Tazz if he knows what his watch is saying, and Tazz said that it's saying that it's time for Stone Cold to tell Tazz who's jumping to the Alliance from the WWF. Austin listened to Tazz's watch, and he said that it speaks Spanish. Austin then said that his own watch is saying that it would be nice if one nosy individual would leave his dressing room, because they're getting on Austin's nerves. Tazz thought that it meant Debra, and Austin told Tazz to leave. Tazz left, figuring that Austin would tell him later. After Tazz left, Debra tried to get Austin to tell her once again, but all Austin had to say was: What? What? WHAT?! Backstage: The APA were shown backstage, and they were talking about what Shane said, and they discussed who it could be, and it's neither of them, and Faarooq said that whoever it is, they are going to get an ass whooping. Perry Saturn was there, and he thought that they were playing Go Fish, but they were playing poker. Teddy Long showed up, and he said that there's a big WWF meeting going on right now, and everybody has to be there. Jericho called the meeting. The APA got up and left, and Saturn grabbed some beers, and said you're welcome, and he left as well. Referee: Jack Doan (WWF) The Hurricane and Mighty Molly vs. Tajiri and Torrie Wilson Backstage: The WWF locker room was shown, and Chris Jericho wanted everyone's attention. He said that when he first came to the WWF, he did it for a reason. That reason is that working in WCW and ECW were some of the worst experiences he's had in his career. Now, he loves the WWF. They all love the WWF. Chris isn't about to stand around while the WWF gets screwed, just because some coward wants to jump to the Alliance. All the WWF Superstars aren't in this room, but the chances are that whoever is thinking about jumping is in this room. Chris asked the coward to show their face. Let's see who you are. The Rock showed up behind Chris Jericho, and Chris said like the old saying goes, Finally, The Rock decided to show up to the meeting. The Rock asked Chris who in the blue hell he thinks he is? Rallying the WWF troops for a meeting? Since when did Chris Jericho become the leader of the WWF? Chris said that he became the leader of the WWF the moment he beat The Rock for the WCW Championship. The Rock smiled and he told Spike to hold The Rock's belt. The Rock then told Chris Jericho that he may have won the big one, once, but remember, and never forget that The Rock has been winning big ones for years. The Rock was winning big ones while Chris Jericho was in WCW getting his ass kicked on Nitro by Juventud Guerrera. Chris came from the WCW, and now he's the WCW Champion. He is WCW, but always remember that The Rock is the WWF, and he'll always be the WWF. The Rock said he can look around this room and look into everyone's eyes and realize that no one is stupid enough to jump ship. No one is stupid enough to jump ship. Unless someone is stupid enough to jump ship. As The Rock said that, he looked right into Chris Jericho's eyes. The Rock thanked everyone, and this meeting is now adjourned. Backstage: Stone Cold and Debra were shown, and Austin said that the WWF will never know. Regal showed up, and he greeted Austin. Regal thought that Austin was going to tell him who is going to join the Alliance, but Austin isn't going to tell him. Austin told Regal that he has a big match tonight, and he's going to stand tall. He's going to bring the United States Championship back to the Alliance. Speaking of Kurt Angle, put the word on the street that Austin wants to see that man in his dressing room, private. He needs to talk to him. Austin thanked Regal, and Regal thanked Austin. Backstage: The Undertaker and Kane were shown, and the Undertaker said they should hit the Dudleys quick and take the Titles. Chris Jericho showed up, and he was angry, because the Undertaker and Kane weren't at the meeting. Chris yelled and asked where the hell they were?! The Undertaker asked Chris who in the hell he thinks he is, barging into their dressing room, running off at the mouth?! And who in the hell is Chris Jericho to run a WWF meeting? The Undertaker yelled at Chris Jericho and Kane tried to calm the Undertaker down. Chris said that everybody respects the Undertaker, and they need him right now. Second of all, Chris isn't insinuating that the Undertaker is going to jump to the Alliance. Chris then looked at Kane, as did the Undertaker. In ring promo: Yo, it's me, it's me, it's DDP! Diamond Dallas Page made his way to the ring with a big smile on his face and he got on the mic and he said that he's got a surprise for everyone. You see, DDP knows who's leaving the WWF and coming to the Alliance. You see, Shane McMahon said he's BIG! He's HUGE! A superstar of gigantic proportions. Ladies and Gentlemen. The superstar surprise is...The Big Show! DDP said that he'll tell us why. First of all, the WWF Superstars think that The Big Show is a freak who makes funny noises. And he's over weight and out of shape, but that's not a bad thing. That's a good thing. Why? Because now The Big Show knows that his friends are really in the Alliance. The Big Show's music hit and he made his way to the ring and DDP had a huge smile on his face as The Big Show made his way out. DDP told The Big Show that he likes him, and he knows that The Big Show likes DDP. Together, with the Alliance, DDP is going to help The Big Show like himself. The Big Show smiled and gave DDP the thumbs up, but then he grabbed him by the throat and gave him a nasty choke slam in the center of the ring! Backstage: Vince was shown backstage, and Kurt Angle showed up. Kurt and Vince shook hands, and Vince pointed at the United States Title, and he said that's what it's all about, and he knows that's what Kurt is all about. Kurt said that he's got something real important to discuss with Vince. Vince assumed that it was about Championship, and Vince had supreme confidence that Kurt would defeat Regal and retain the Title. Kurt said that he's going to do that and take him out, but that's not what this is all about. Stone Cold wants to have a meeting with Kurt Angle, tonight. Kurt doesn't know what it's all about, and he wanted to come to Vince, because he doesn't know what he wants. Vince said that he doesn't trust that son of a bitch, and Kurt agreed. Vince started looking at Kurt weird, and Kurt said that he's been with Vince, and he became the WWF Champion, now he's giving him that look?! Vince told Kurt to have that meeting with Stone Cold and find out what he's got on his mind. Vince gave Kurt a two by four to go into the meeting with, and Kurt said that if Austin gives him any problems, he'll knock his head off. Kurt wished Vince good luck in his Street Fight with Shane. Kick his butt, and show him who's the boss. Vince said that he'll do just that. Kurt told Vince that he'll see him later after he has his meeting. Referee: Michael Chioda (WWF) Test and Booker T vs. Chris Jericho and The Rock (c) Chris hammered away on Booker T and then Test gave Chris a cheap shot and Chris knocked him down from the apron and then Booker T gave Chris a nasty spinebuster. Chris battled out of it with some elbows and chops and then he rolled Test up in a pin for a two count. Test then took Chris down with a full nelson slam and then he pinned him for a two count. Test made the tag to Booker T, and Booker T got in the ring and kicked Chris in the mid section. Booker T knocked Chris Jericho down with a side kick and then he scooped him up and gave him a body slam and then a pin for a two count. Chris battled back with some right hands and Booker T gave Chris a knee to the mid section and then Chris whipped Booker T off the ropes and then he gave him a flap jack. Chris went for the tag, but Booker T grabbed him by the leg. Chris knocked Booker T down with an Enziguri and then both men were able to make the tag. The Rock got in there with Test and The Rock gave Test a number of right hands and then he went off the ropes and he knocked Test down with a huge jumping clothesline. Booker T got in the ring and The Rock hammered away on him and then he tossed him with an over the head throw and then he gave Test a DDT and then he knocked Booker T to the outside of the ring. The Rock then gave Test a number of right hands into the corner and The Rock went for a hard right on Test, but Test moved and The Rock knocked Chris off the apron. Test went for the big boot, but The Rock ducked it and he gave Test a spinebuster and then he went for the people's elbow, but Chris Jericho got in the ring and gave The Rock a bulldog and then he gave him a front Russian leg sweep. The fans booed Chris Jericho and he got out of the ring and Paul Heyman questioned it, as to if Chris Jericho was joining the Alliance. Test then pinned The Rock for a two count as Chris Jericho got in the ring and broke it up. Chris took Test down and then he got on the apron and waited for the tag. The Rock got up and he looked at Chris Jericho with a look of anger and Chris wanted the tag, and he got it. The Rock pulled Chris into the ring and then he gave him the Rock Bottom and then he looked down on him as he was down on the mat! The Rock then got out of the ring and left Chris Jericho in the ring and Test slowly crawled over and pinned Test, but he only got a two count as The Rock stormed back to the ring to break it up. Booker T attacked The Rock from behind and then he kicked The Rock in the mid section. Booker T went for the side kick on The Rock, but he hit Test. Chris then got the Walls of Jericho on Test as The Rock gave Booker T the Rock Bottom and Test tapped out to the Walls of Jericho! The Aftermath: After the match, The Rock and Chris Jericho exchanged words and then the two left the ring. Backstage: Kurt Angle was shown walking backstage, looking for Austin. Kurt opened Austin's locker room door and he went in with the two by four, ready to hit Austin. Austin and Kurt exchanged words, and Austin said that he doesn't want to fight Kurt, he's already done that. Austin told Kurt to settle down. Austin wanted to ask Kurt something. Straight up. Man to man, Austin is asking Kurt Angle to join the Alliance, right now. Join the winning team. Stone Cold is a part of it. What does Kurt say? Kurt said what? Kurt then said that if he joined the Alliance, that's fine. Will Austin tell Kurt who is crossing over to the Alliance tonight? Who is it? Is it The Rock? Because that's something he would do. Austin said that he can't tell Kurt that. He can't tell him everything he knows. Kurt has a big match tonight, and he can wish him good luck. Austin started to tell him another thing, and Kurt said that he doesn't need luck, and Austin can go to hell! Kurt left, and Austin got angry. Backstage: Michael Cole was shown and he caught up with The Rock. The Rock said that if Chris Jericho wants to try The Rock, he must be prepared to get his monkey ass whooped! Michael wanted to get The Rock's comments on Kurt Angle's comments. Michael explained it to him, and he seemed to imply that perhaps The Rock would be a turncoat and join the Alliance. The Rock asked where Kurt Angle's locker room is, and Michael showed up and then The Rock went looking for Angle. Stacy Keibler vs. Lita The Aftermath: After the match, Matt got in the ring to celebrate with Lita, but she wouldn't have any of it as she held her face after the blow by Matt. Backstage: Kurt Angle was shown lacing his boots and The Rock showed up. The Rock said he was just informed that Kurt was in Stone Cold's locker room talking about The Rock. Implying that The Rock is turning his back on the WWF?! The Rock nodded his head saying no, and then he asked him what he was even doing in Stone Cold's locker room to begin with. Kurt told The Rock to hold on. He got permission from Vince. He wanted to knock Austin's head off, and he wanted to get information. The Rock said it doesn't matter, and he told Kurt never to question The Rock's loyalty to the WWF. The Rock lives, breathes and will die WWF! Don't you ever say that The Rock is turning his back against the WWF. If Kurt wants information, The Rock will give him all the information he needs. The Rock isn't turning on the WWF, and the only thing Kurt should be concerned with is The Rock taking his boot, turning it sideways and sticking it straight up Kurt's punk ass. How does The Rock know that it's not Kurt who's turning his back on the WWF?! Kurt said to get serious. Kurt doesn't think so. The Rock looked into Kurt Angle's eyes and then he left. WWF New York: A shot of WWF New York was shown and the WWF Commissioner, Mick Foley is there! Mick's book is number 6 on the New York Times Best Seller List. Mick said it feels really good, but more importantly, he's going to spending a little time on Halloween on the Today Show talking a little bit. He got kind of a warning, if he shows up on the Today Show and they got someone other than Katie interviewing him, the chances are we might see a big ugly man cry on National Television. Mick talked about the team of The Rock and Chris Jericho, and they wanted Test and Booker T for tonight, so he and Regal worked something out. He's been here for 11 years, and all he's got is a 'kiss my ass.' The Undertaker said the fact of the matter is that Vince is nervous, because maybe the Undertaker or Kane is going to screw him over tonight? That's what he's about.
