Smackdown rating, Rebellion card, Hayabusa update, Rhyno's injury Submitted by William Martinez on Saturday, October 27, 2001 at 12:07 PM EST
Thursday's episode of WWF Smackdown! scored a surprisingly good 4.0 (6 share) rating, which is up from last week's 3.6.
Eddie Guerrero stated on yesterday's Byte This! that he no longer needs to wear an elbow brace and that he has even done his frog splash without an elbow brace.
According to reports, the paralysis in Hayabusa's upper body has been declining and he has been moved to another medical facility to better suit the rehabilitation for his injuries.

According to an article on WCW.com, Rhyno has two herniated discs in his neck. Rhyno began experiencing pain in his shoulder blades three weeks ago but the pain became acute when it spread to his triceps two weeks ago. He will be meeting with Dr. Youngblood next week to determine whether or not surgery is required. Depending on that decision, he could be out a week or several months. It was posted on WWF.com a week or two ago that Shawn Michaels would be at WWF New York to host Smackdown. Of course that could change, but it was officialy on WWF.com.
