As was reported last week, Mick Foley recently turned down an offer to return to the WWF to wrestle with William Regal. During an appearance on Opie & Anthony earlier today, Foley confirmed that report. Foley stated that he has one big match left and he didn't want it to be with Regal. Foley spoke to Regal about this explaining to him that it wasn't a slight to him but Foley feels that he needs to drop about 30 pounds before returning.

As was announced on Smackdown, Vince McMahon will take on Shane McMahon in a street fight on Raw on Monday.
