WCW.com has posted a very interesting interview with Rob Van Dam. In the interview, RVD comments on his miscue a few weeks ago on Raw along with his infamous "potato shots". Below is an excerpt of the interview:
WCW.com: What’s your side of the story about coming out late when the Alliance members met in the ring on the Oct. 15 episode of RAW?
RVD: I was shooting a promo with Billy Kidman and Bruce Prichard in the back right before. I think it actually aired right after the Alliance segment. I got through the promo and looked on the TV monitor and saw the Alliance. I asked if I was supposed to be out there. I had no idea what was going on out there. It was not a situation of missing a cue.
As we reported yesterday, several people had trouble viewing the No Mercy webcast. Apparently, the WWF is offering refunds to those who suffered problems. Reportedly, at the time the event began, there were still over 2,000 streams available out of the original 3,000 offered.
Buff Bagwell is planning on writing a book. There are no more details than that at this time.

The reason the WWF changed Rob Van Dam's scheduled Raw opponent from The Undertaker to the Big Show was not because of the Undertaker refusing to job but because the WWF needed more wrestling content on the program due to Steve Austin not being on the program.
Steve Austin received 12 staples close a cut on the back of his head from Vince McMahon's chairshot at No Mercy. Thankfully, that was the only injury of note stemming from the event.

When TNN accidently cut to Star Trek: The Next Generation prior to the ending of Raw, TSN quickly cut to SportsCentre and never aired the end of Raw.
For those wondering, Bradshaw's slam on Mighty Molly was not edited out of the telecast.
