> William Regal has a partially torn right bicep which will keep him sidelined for a few weeks while he goes through physical therapy. Surgery has not yet been recommended.
> Taka Michinoku has a dislocated shoulder which will require surgery by Dr. James Andrews.
> Rikishi will report to either HWA or OVW soon and may be ready by next month's Survivor Series.
> Shawn Stasiak's groin injury appears to have healed and he has been cleared to return.
> Scotty Too Hotty is working through neck pain which will be more thoroughly addressed.
> Jerry Lynn should be released from doctor's care at the end of the year.
> Johnny the Bull will be out for a few weeks with a broken thumb.
> Russ Haas will undergo an angiogram next week to evaluate the status of his heart.
> The WWF version of "The Weakest Link" tapes next week in Los Angeles.
> Kurt Angle, Bradshaw and Ivory will take part in a Smackdown Your Vote! rally on October 29th at the Belknap campus of the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
> Approximately 1,000 tickets are available for Sunday's No Mercy.
> Changes in direction are expected to be made soon.
> Terri Runnels is getting married on November 3rd.
