Also, the Big Show meets the Dudley Boyz in a Handicap Match. The RAW theme plays and the fireworks go off on the stage.
Wreck hits and here comes the new WWF Commissioner, Mick Foley! Foley gets on the mic and thanks the crowd for the ovation they give him. He says ever since Linda McMahon made him commissioner, people have been asking him why he accepted the job since the WWF has always given him pain and misery. Foley recalls back in December when Vince McMahon fired him. Foley says he doesn't know where Vince is and the truth is, Foley doesn't care. Foley says he didn't come back for the money, and certianly not to plug any books he's written...such as Halloween Hijinx, a book he's written which will be coming into bookstores soon. (cheap plug) Foley says the reason he came back is for the WWF fans. Foley says it was for the fans that he booked the triple threat main event for the fans. Trish says no, she asks for them to hit her music and Trish takes off her coat to reveal some sexy lingerie. Foley says that was great, he said that we should hover Trish above a cage tonight so the crowd can see her anytime they want all night, or she can come back to his office and go in a cage there, where his children could poke her with a stick! Trish says Foley is just stalling so he can see her out there in her lingerie. Foley says now that he's commissioner, we'll be seeing a lot more lingerie, a lot more stratusfaction, and a lot more people having a nice day! Foley's music hits and Foley leaves, followed by Trish.

Austin asks if anyone thinks they deserve to be in the ring with Austin tonight and the Alliance speaks up and everyone volunteers. Booker T says it would be an honor to team with Austin, being the 5-time WCW Champion, of course. Austin tells Debra to hand around a ballot and for everyone to write down who they think deserves to be his tag team partner. Austin adds that it doesn't have to be the most popular, just the person who deserves it the most. Austin says he deserves that! Austin says if RVD beats The Rock, RVD will be the WCW Champion and thus will have to defend his WCW Championship at No Mercy against Chris Jericho and not be a contender in the Triple Threat match for the WWF Championship. Austin asks Regal if he will grant that match. Regal grants the match, making his first order as the Alliance Commissioner. Austin looks pleased. Austin starts an "RVD" chant and the crowd follows. Austin says the Alliance is all behind him. What? They're all behind him.
