    - John Collins has stepped down from his position as Director of Operations of MECW. Collins will keep his minority interest in the company but will have no say in the promotion's day-to-day operations. Tod Gordon will assume all of Collins' responsibilities.

    - Despite the events that caused KroniK to leave the WWF, the split was described as "amicable".

    Update for www.2001babeoftheyear.com:

Torrie edges Tori, 52% to 48% to advance to Round 2.

I'm wondering if fans were confused as to which Torrie was which, as this one was way too close.

Also, Terri defeated Moppy, 60% to 40% to advance to Round 2. Round 2 matchups have Lita vs. Steph, Molly vs. Stacy, and Torrie vs. Terri.

Remaining Round 1 matchups have Jackie vs. Debra, and Trish vs. Moolah.

Sean O'Haire was at the RSF Mixed martial arts event in Savannah, Georgia on Saturday night and he got get kicked out of the civic center by the police. After I went back into the building, I found out that O'Haire had helped start a big brawl in the stands and someone fighting on the card about 100 pounds lighter than him literally choked O'haire out without a problem.I couldn't tell whether he was drunk when the police were escorting him out or if it was the after effects of being choked out. Either way, he was stumbling around and was not able to walk straight. Details seem very sketchy at this point.
