Raw rating, Kash & Lawler backstage, UK notes, Goldberg, and more
Submitted by Calvin Martin on Tuesday, September 18, 2001 at 6:15 PM EST

Last night's Raw is War did a 4.8 rating off of hours of 4.7 and 4.9. Excess did a 0.7 rating.

Jerry Lawler is backstage at Smackdown tonight in Memphis. He was invited in as a guest of Jim Ross. Lawler is not expected to appear on TV for he is mostly there just visiting friends and patching up differences between himself and WWF staff. A return in the future is possible.

There was indeed a dark match at Raw last night contrary to what I suspected in my earlier report. It was between the Haas Brothers and the Island Boys with the Haas' winning with a double chokeslam.

Earlier reports of Scott Hall and the Mean Street Posse being added to the MECW roster turned out to be false.

Bill Golderg has wrote his first commentary at his official website. The commentary deals with the Attacks on America. Read it here - http://www.goldbergbook.com

Kid Kash was backstage at Raw last night visiting with his close friend Rob Van Dam. Kash did not appear to be job hunting as most people might think he would have been. Kash is expected to be backstage at tonight's Smackdown as well.
