Ring of Honor has begun talks of getting a national TV deal. If a deal is signed it won't be on a known network that would have them compete with WWE or TNA. This is a huge step for the promotion and would help them upgrade production of their shows.
ROH Owner Cary Silkin's said last year his goal was to strike a TV deal and have a legitimate partnership. They have spoken with Versus, G4 and Mav TV in the past but the discussions did not go past the early stages.
