A graphic noted that WrestleMania 25 tickets go on sale in 18 days.

Chris Jericho walked to the ring wearing a suit with the World Hvt. Championship belt draped over his shoulder as the announcers ran through the referee options for the Cyber Sunday pay-per-view. Jericho headed to ringside and ordered Lillian Garcia to introduce him as the World Champion. She complied and he took her mic.

In the ring, Jericho said he shouldn't have to ask Lillian to introduce him. He said he's tired of being disrespected and then ran through the list of possible referees. Jericho said the worst of the three options is Steve Austin.

Batista's entrance music interrupted Jericho's rant and he walked to the ring to confront him. "Are you seriously out here demanding respect?" Batista asked. He said you don't demand respect, you earn it. Batista stated while trying not to laugh that Jericho will earn a lot of respect if he beats him at Cyber Sunday. Batista asked Jericho to shut his mouth until then. "Or I'm going to shut it for you," Batista said.

Mike Adamle walked onto the stage and asked Jericho and Batista to save it for Cyber Sunday. Adamle said their performances on Raw will determine which one of them deserves respect. He said they would both face the same three opponents in a gauntlet match.

Adamle lost his place while reading his cue card. "It's gonna be different, it's gonna be unpredictable, and it's gonna be another Adamle Original." Adamle left the stage, leaving Jericho and Batista to engage in a stare down. Jericho slapped Batista across the face and then scurried out of the ring.

Cole hyped C.M. Punk and Kofi Kingston vs. John Morrison and The Miz for later in the show.

Highlights aired from last week's show of JBL vs. Haas Hogan.

Cole and Lawler laughed while discussing Haas Hogan.

JBL was driven onto the stage in his white limo. A new driver opened the door. The announcers explained that he fired the previous driver last week. The fans did the "What?" chant during JBL's promo. "This isn't singalong with JBL, you will be quiet," he said. It actually worked. The crowd stopped doing the "What?" chant long enough for him to finish his promo.

JBL was interrupted by Steve Austin's music. "Stone Cold Steve Haasstin" walked out with a bald head and Austin gear. Lillian introduced him by saying he was paying homage to the man he sent in a text vote for. There were some groans, yet a "Haastin" chant broke out. Haas did an Austin impersonation, but got the crowd to give him a "Hell Yeah".

    2. JBL pinned "Stone Cold Steve Haastin in 1:00. Haas hit the Lou Thesz press and flashed a couple of Austin mannerisms. JBL came back with a Clothesline From Hell for the win.

A John Cena video aired. Hollywood types were featured raving about how great Cena is.

John Morrison and The Miz came to the ring and cut a promo about how great they are. They mocked DX and their signature lines.

    4. John Morrison and The Miz defeated C.M. Punk and Kofi Kingston in 12:20. Kofi finally made the tag at 11:15. Punk entered the match and dominated Morrison. He went for a sprinboard off the top. Morrison moved and Punk appeared to slip off the top rope and land on his feet. Later, Punk hoisted up Morrison for the GTS, but Miz tagged himself into the match. Punk hit his finisher, but Miz rolled him up for the win.

Backstage, Jericho asked Adamle why he doesn't respect him. Adamle acted poorly while telling Jericho that he's giving him a chance to earn that respect.

Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix came out for a promo. Santino was holding a guitar and wearing an Elvis wig, Goldust face paint, and a Roddy Piper t-shirt and kilt. He said all of his potential Cyber Sunday opponents are washed up. "I guess it's safe to say that the career of Golden Dust has flamed out," Santino said. "Oh no you didn't," he said. "Oh, yes, I did!"

Hacksaw Duggan's music interrupted Santino. The defender of old guys in WWE walked to the ring. Santino said Duggan needs "a hose down, a warm meal, and a bus ticket to somewhere." Duggan said Santino appears to be on his last minute of his 15 minutes of fame. Duggan said he's seen a lot of flashes in the pans, but Santino is the flashiest.

Duggan said he doesn't appreciate Santino disrespecting his generation. Santino said Duggan is just upset because he doesn't have a Honk-A-Meter. It's 64-10. "That's right, double digits and getting closer by the week," Santino said. He mocked Duggan for never winning the Intercontinental Title.

Duggan said Santino wouldn't even be Intercontinental Champion if it wasn't for his boyfriend (Beth). Santino got ticked and took off his t-shirt and kilt. Beth threw the clothes at Duggan and then Santino smashed a guitar over his head. Somehow, Santino came up bleeding heavily from the mouth even though he delivered the guitar shot.

    6. Batista defeated William Regal (w/Layla). Total squash. Batista hit the Batista Bomb for the win. At ringside, Adamle said. "Chris Jericho, you will start..."

    7. Chris Jericho defeated William Regal (w/Layla). Jericho hit the Codebreaker on Regal and won the match in a matter of seconds. Adamle finished the thought he started earlier by introducing Mark Henry as their next opponent.

    8. Mark Henry (w/Tony Atlas) defeated Chris Jericho by DQ in 2:00. Batista stood in the corner and cheered while Henry worked over Jericho early in the match. Henry missed a splash and then Jericho hit the Lionsault for a nearfall. Jericho removed the top turnbuckle pad. While the ref was tending to the turnbuckle, Jericho hit Henry with the title belt, but the ref saw it and DQ'd him.

    9. Batista pinned Mark Henry (w/Tony Atlas). Batista hit the spinebuster and pinned Henry. Adamle announced that Jericho would start the next match against the final opponent, Kane. Kane made his entrance as the show cut to commercial.

    10. Kane defeated Chris Jericho in 4:20. The match was joined in progress after the break. Kane was in control of the offense until Jericho dropkicked his knee and worked it over repeatedly. Later, Kane clotheslined Jericho as he dove off the top rope for a good nearfall.

Kane went for a chokeslam, but Jericho avoided it. Kane ended up dumping him over the top rope to ringside. Batista hopped off the ring apron and smiled at Jericho on the floor. Kane brought Jericho back inside the ring. Kane caught Jericho with a big boot to the face a few seconds later and scored the clean pin.

    11. Batista defeated Kane in 0:05. Kane was distracted while punching Jericho off the ring apron when the bell rang to start his match with Batista. He turned around and walked into a spear from Batista, who scored the quick pin.

The announcers said Batista earned the respect tonight. Batista celebrated in the ring and held up six fingers to signify that he'll face Jericho in six days. Jericho held the World Championship belt above his head while glaring at Batista to close the show.
