  • Mike "Simon Dean" Bucci Discusses Frustrations As Head of WWE Talent Development And A Story That Will Make You Respect Smackdown's Ezekiel

    Sent In By WorldWrestlingInsanity.com

Whether making the world a bluer place in the B.W.O. or scouting young stars as head of WWE talent development, Mike "Simon Dean" Bucci has turned heads in the wrestling industry. Aside from his innovative ring work, Mike's straight talk attitude has had a lot to do with that. Now, Mike Bucci has joined ClubWWI.com for an unflinching 65 minute shoot interview that puts that straight talk on display.

Fans may remember Bucci as the supplement pedaling "Simon Dean" on WWE TV. Famous for his "system," Mike now has a new system¦ to help fans save their homes. Working hard to assist those in risk of foreclosure, the former SuperNova spoke to James Guttman about his willingness to
help wrestling fans in need. You can see it all for yourself on www.LoanHelpNow247.com and inquire how he and his associates can help you or someone you know.

While Mike spoke at length about his new career (something he's actually been doing for quite a few years on the site), Bucci hit on a huge amount of topics in his one hour and five minute www.ClubWWI.com shoot. Other subjects include¦ The Full Story Behind Why He Was On The Sports
Illustrated Signature Pharmacy List, Frustration as Head of Talent Development, Mind-Boggling Stories of Arrogant Developmental Talent, The Day He Wanted To Condemn OVW, Dr. Death's Book and The OVW Guys Who Wouldn't Read It, TNA's Critics, His Intense Training Sessions With Triple
H Last Year, Praise For John Laurinaitis and Talent Relations, Discovering Kofi Kingston, The Ups and Downs of Lance Cade, Helping Matt Morgan Come Up With His TNA Finisher, Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase Jr, and More.

The "mind-boggling stories" about developmental talent aren't just a slick way to get you to click. They're truly just that. James couldn't believe many of the tales Bucci presented. From insane excuses why they couldn't go to shows to complaints about catering to a general lack
of commitment, some young stars made Mike want to tear his hair out. You'll shake your head in shock over the way some rookies view their place in the business before even lacing up a pair of boots for WWE's main stage.

That doesn't mean that everyone in developmental is that way. Far from it. While Nova shared some shocking tales, there were also plenty of positive stories about eager rookies on ClubWWI.com. One in particular stands out. It deals with a homework assignment that was started by World Wrestling Insanity alumni and current WWE trainer Dr. Tom
Prichard. Mike assigned all the Ohio Valley developmental talent to research 100 of wrestling's most influential historical figures. One person's report not only was complete but truly impressed him.

"Most of them were cut and paste. Most of them were bullsh*t¦ Take a guess who gave me the best report in the year I ran that system¦ You're gonna be shocked. Rycklon Stephens -- Ezekiel from Smackdown. He didn't even get a TV where he's from in Nigeria until ten years ago when he started watching wrestling. This guy went so far that he started his report with Jess McMahon. Jess McMahon I put on there. He actually did like a six degrees of separation. He wrote Jess McMahon first and did all 100 names and the very last name he did on it was Triple H
and he linked it back. It would be like "Hulk Hogan" and all about Hulk Hogan and sh*t. And he had a monumental feud at the War to Settle The Score with Rowdy Roddy Piper. 'Cause he was one of the names on the list. Then, all about Piper. It tied all these people together until the last name which is Triple H¦ It was so comprehensive. Most of them didn't do sh*t."

From there, Mike talks about other trainers who had bad experiences with some rookies, the insane tale of Dr. Death's open book test, and so much more.. If you're looking for a behind the scenes look at WWE's developmental system, look no further. It's Mike Bucci. It's ClubWWI.com. It's waiting for you now.
