-- The Raw brand house show at Madison Square Garden was reportedly sold out, but reader Dan Q. said he was at the show and there were several hundred empty seats throughout the arena. He wrote: "I was just on Lords of Pain and saw the note that the MSG house show was sold out. I was at the show and it was nowhere near sold out. There were several hundred empty seats throughout the arena. I just wanted to throw that out there." However, the box office was sold out and apparently some fans with tickets chose not to attend the event.
-- It was Funaki's birthday yesterday as he turned 40 years old.
-- DBTechno.com has the first review for the upcoming "WWE Life and Times of Mr. Perfect DVD set. The documentary on Curt Hennig is said to be excellent. It features thoughts from Curt’s father Larry, his son Joe, and one of his best friends, Wade Boggs. The reviewer wrote: "There are a lot of fun stories told here, beyond just the usual tidbits of telling his story as a wrestler. Some of the stuff added in focuses on his family life, the Mr. Perfect vignettes, and much more. By the end of the documentary you really are going to have a whole new level of appreciation for Mr. Perfect. I found myself trying to walk around and whack the gum as it came flying out of my mouth later in the day. Needless to say, it isn’t easing being perfect." {WWE The Life and Times of Mr. Perfect DVD Review}
