OVW TV Results

OVW is still up and running and it's a shame no one has spoken about it. The crowds are the same, and the fans dont care about the WWE developmental not being there. They are in the process of having new homegrown stars and it is getting better by the week!

I just moved to the area so I will be writing OVW TV and some house show reviews weekly.
They have OVW on demand it is only two bucks and worth watching if you have the internet!


TUBBY" TOMMY MCNALER def. SCOTT CARDINAL - Tubby is like a chubby Spike Dudley gimmick. Cardinal is over with the people I sat with. Tubby is part of OVWs white trash trailer park gimmick called the Mobile Homers. Its four guys, none who really look like your WWE athlete, and do a bunch of goofy things. They are kind of like Bushwackers. Entertaining though. Tubby hit the acid drop for the win.


CHRIS CAGE def. JOSH LOWRY - Cage is being pushed as the you hold me back for too long gimmick. He is in great shape, and kicked the mercy out of the newer guy Josh Lowry. Cage uses a ddt set up and then jumps and drops the elbow. Guaranteed someone will steal this move soon.


JAMIN OLIVENCIA def. APOC via DQ - Jamin is cheered for by little girls but everyone else is turning on him. He has a lot of fire and wrestles good, but I think everyone would rather boo him to death. Von Lilas and Joey Matthews came in, but Jamin took off a belt and starting lashing on everyone.


NEWCOMERS QUALIFYING MATCH:
JD MICHAELS def. DARRELL KELLY - JD would be a total star and be in the WWE if he just changes his look. He is HBK cloned, but not different enough. He is an awesome wrestler and hit the sickest rude awakening ever.


"THE IRON MEN" PAT BUCK & ROB CONWAY
def. GAVIN GARRISON & BRENT WELLINGTON
Buck and Conway look like brothers, but some of the fans told me they are actually cousins. They are two of the people that I say getting signed/re-signed with WWE. They are two ripped up, tan, and destroy people. They manhandled their opponents and finished them with a double Ego Trip. (Suplex twist while the guy is on the ropes)


OVW WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP:
JOSIE (C) def. MELODY - OVW needs more women or to just take them off. They seriously have three girls there.


FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE:
LOS LOCOS def. THE INSURGENCY I was surprised that the Iraqis didnt get the titles. Locos are popular, but I would be too if I walked through the crowd during the entrance. The Iraq Insurgency gimmick is awesome, and WWE should take notice even after Muhammed Hassan.
