The Pain Clinic With TNA's Angelina Love - Recap 05/10/08

    Today on the Pain Clinic we were joined by one hot momma Angelina Love. She joins the program and we jump right into who she loved watching wrestling growing up. She talks about being a fan of Randy Savage and Shawn Michaels.

    We ask he about the concentration of Canadian women in the TNA Knockouts division. Something in the water? She talks about working in AAA in Mexico.

    She talk about her path into getting into WWE by sending them tapes and getting tryouts. She was hired right around the time Gail Kim and Jazz were released. She started out as a fitness model but was brought in as a wrestler. She tells us about her fitness model career and what exactly a fitness model does. This leads into talk of her appearance on the Jenny Jones Show in 2002.

    Angelina talks about being at Deep South Wrestling (DSW) from the times they opened the doors to the day they shut out the lights. he has nothing but good things to say about those experiences. After DSW closed she went to OVW, had one match and was released. She talked about the transition from DSW to OVW.

    We talked a little about her match this past week on TNA's Impact. We discuss Velvet's attire during the match. This led to talk about losing her hair at Sacrifice. She assures us that her hair is going no where. She doesn't want to pull off the bald look.

    We talked about her joining TNA last September and immediately being thrown into the mix in the women's
    division. She loved being used and was excited to be a part of the Knockouts. She talks about working Awesome Kong and getting hurt.

    She tells us about her up coming tour with TNA with Velvet and we let her go soon after.
