-- To follow up on the story that Santino Marella will be getting a bodyguard in the near future (similar to Chavo Guererro bringing in Bam Neely), PWInsider.com reports WWE has signed a wrestler named Al Barone to play Santino's new enforcer. Barone wrestled in Puerto Rico as "Cyber Viking" for the IWA promotion and as "Paul Leduc" in WWC. More recently, Barone had been wrestling for Ohio Valley Wrestling's subsidiary, Derby City Wrestling.

-- Today's edition of the New York Times features a look at World Wrestling Entertainment as a company. Overall, it's a positive piece that says WWE has bounced back from several setbacks (Eddie Guererro, Chris Benoit) to emerge as a powerhouse on Wallstreet. There are quotes from CNBC's Jim Cramer, the UFC's Dana White and a Barack Obama campaign staffer - all of whom praise the company. You can read the entire article here.
